Sad truth is the majority of blacks are uneducated, they are stuck in a cycle of reproducing the same cycle over and over and it is getting larger just like the uneducated white in rural areas and Hispanics in urban areas. Watching this is painful to see how confused he is. Why does Biden always try to act like he is running? I know he wants to look like he is younger but it makes him look even older!
