So it’s not if he committed a crime that’s in question, it’s if, in the opinion of the SC, if he could get a conviction, right? Because he clearly laid out the crime committed. You don’t get exonerated from a crime for cooperating . You get leniency for the crime. Well, that’s how it works for everyone else. Think about what you’re saying. Since when if someone turns themselves in are they off the hook? You get a lesser sentence or a reduction in the charges. Not nothing.
