It does in this case, the one we are speaking about. But I would like to know for future reference which POC are qualified and which ones are diversity hires. Sometimes it’s obvious, like with Thomas Sowell, obviously Qualified, and Kamala and the non biologist, obviously not. Other times it’s not obvious. I’d like a guide.

What I can’t figure out is why did she bother plagiarizing anything? Did she really think that her work would be subjected to grading like anyone else?
