I play in an ESPN League and I'm the Commish. We used to do the standard setting for ESPN of Week 13 being the last regular season game and playoffs starting in Week 14. But a couple years ago, we pushed it back due to some teams sitting players and that would screw people over during the playoffs. So we pushed the last regular season game to be Week 12 instead, and playoffs starting Week 13. But this was the first time I didn't make the playoffs and it just seems depressing to end it so early. Wondering if I should go back to the regular setting next year but just curious what all you do in your leagues?

Team in signature. ESPN Scoring with PPR. We start 2 WR, 2 RB and 2 WR/RB spots. For my WR spots, I think it's easy with AJ Green and Mike Evans. Pick 2 for RB/WR spot and Pick 2 for RB spot: Orleans Darkwa vs. KC Chris Thompson @ New Orleans Danny Woodhead @ Green Bay (Not sure he is even playing) Isaiah Crowell vs. Jacksonville Jamaal Williams vs. Baltimore Mohamed Sanu @ Seattle DeVante Parker vs. Tampa Bay My personal opinion is leaning towards Thompson and Darkwa for my RB position and Parker and Sanu for my flex position. But need your thoughts too, thanks.

We are both in danger of not making the playoffs so he is pushing me hard to make this trade. Even if I did make the trade, I would need to drop someone so if so, who would I drop? So you are saying don't even pick up Stills either? And maybe just start Funchess and Fuller or Sanu?

I tried dropping Ginn for Marvin Jones but someone outbid me by $1 for him. So now I still have Ginn...But Stills is still available on waivers?

Little confused on something if someone can please explain this...So I changed the standard trade settings in my league that I am the League Manager of. I left the trade review period for 2 days but then I switched the the votes required to veto trade from 4 to "LM only vetoes". Now in the question mark box for trade review period it says: NOTE: If 'LM Only Vetos' is selected, the trade will process when the league manager makes a ruling, regardless of the total review time that has passed. This setting can be changed at any time during the season. So I proposed a trade to someone and he just accepted it at 7:50 PM on Oct 21. Now I know I still have to approve it as LM but on my team page it says: Trade will process on Oct 23 at approximately 8:00 PM (ET) Now I know that's the two days from now but why is it almost implying that it will be processed automatically from that wording if I don't get to doing the LM approval or denial before that point? Obviously I'm never going to wait two days on this kind of stuff to make a decision but up in the note earlier from the settings it says the trade will process when the LM makes a ruling regardless of the total review time that has passed. Yet this wording makes it seem like it will process in two days despite my ruling in two days if I let it get to that point? Confused? Does this mean any future trades for other teams too that have agreed on it from their end will process regardless of whether I accept or veto it before the deadline? Because that wording from the settings didn't make it seem like that would be the case....

No, you aren't understanding me. I'm not saying I would ever let it get to 2 days....I'm just asking what would happen if it ever did hypothetically. I'm just asking how the system works. That is sounding like even if I didn't make a ruling by the total review time passed, nothing would go through until I make a decision?

You guys aren't reading my post correctly. And no, I'm not being unfair changing the rules. All my members are regulars and they don't care. We didn't even know the specific trade settings. Can someone please answer my question? We don't do votes. I forgot about Rob Kelley...so should I be worried about trying to acquire Chris Thompson? I noticed in a game when Kelley was active, Thompson only had like 1.7 fantasy points? And I saw Kelley is coming back from an ankle injury?

Update: He said he would do McCaffrey and Thomas for Evans, Blount and Reed. So should I do that or just stick with Thompson for Reed?
