Which qb is the better option week 1?

Which qb is the best option for week 1. Lamar vs KC - Most thursday game are low scoring and this being week 1 Dak - On the road against a tough Browns D, but he may have to pass more due to there weak RB's.

With KC rb Pacheco out. I have a slot open. I can start Den. rb. J. Williams or KC rb. CEH? I am currently starting Williams.
