When circuit courts were shutting down Biden’s loan forgiveness and ability to contact social media companies nationally, I didn’t hear a peep from conservatives about how the courts should stop trying to shape national policy. As always, we should be careful what we wish for. When the next Democrat gets into office, if courts strike down some of their actions, it will only be in a limited area thanks to the recent SCOTUS ruling that overturned precedent going back to last century. That being said, most Democratic presidents don’t spend their terms passing illegal executive orders smacked down by the courts for their constitutional defiance 70% of the time. So I guess it’s a win for a party that likes to ignore the law and attempt to rule by presidential fiat.

We just saw what happened with Comey and James’ prosecutions getting laughed out of court. This case is even thinner than those. What is it like being gullible enough to think this will actually work?
