[** Official President Joe Biden Thread **]
dogcows replied to Rusty Syringes's topic in The Geek Club
Good reminder here that the Hunter Biden investigation by the DOJ was started under Trump, and that Biden didn’t remove the assigned prosecutor when he took office. He allowed Weiss to finish his work. -

I don’t see how calling out this sham “investigation” by Comer and Jordan is hateful. I’m unclear on something: how is it that the DOJ is not behaving well? You aren’t pointing out a clear problem. You are imagining a problem, and hoping someday that evidence will come along to support your imagined problem. And I’m still confused what illicit stuff you are talking about that the Democrats did. Are you talking about the Republican AG-ordered Mueller report during the Trump presidency? -

Yes, these allegations are crazy. The GOP is appealing to the lowest common denominator, rubes who will buy literally anything as long as the message is “BIDEN BAD”. Good to see you went even crazier, stating that the entire DOJ is part of a conspiracy to violate their oath to the constitution and defend Joe despite supposedly knowing he committed crimes. Wow, ok. How many people are in on this conspiracy? What do they get out of it? What evidence do you have of this conspiracy? What evidence are they hiding? Who faked the moon landing? What’s really in the middle of a Twinkie? As for Donald’s spawn, I don’t give the slightest shite what they do or don’t do. If Dems in Congress were stupid enough to chase them around with false accusations like this clown show, I’d sure as hell want them to stop. I don’t want crazy nut-bags flashing porn pics of the president’s kids in the halls of Congress. It’s an utter clown show. -

Were you one of those who thought the X-Files were real back in the day? Also, you do recall that the Mueller Report was commissioned by a Republican AG, not a Democrat, right? And if there is MUCH more evidence, why are they slow-rolling the release of it? Get real. They didn’t have any real evidence, so they had the genius idea to dig up unverified intel reports that never amounted to anything because they turned out not to have any actual intel in them. Conspiracy theorists might buy this ploy (and they seem to be), but the FBI wouldn’t just leave good leads unfollowed. And so far, these FD-1023’s bear that out. None of this stuff leads anywhere. PS - the “‘texts” from Hunter Biden actually aren’t real. Look it up. -
Tubi, Plex, and Pluto TV are all free. You can get Netflix for $3 a month if you have T-mobile for cell phone service. You can also get free MLB games (local blacked out sadly) and MLS (soccer) free with T-mobile.

This is the same unsupported allegation of 17 supposed recordings they trotted out over a month ago. This clown show has already moved onto reruns. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/justice/burisma-owner-17-records-joe-hunter-biden-grassley-fbi Will this be a pattern going forward? Announce the existence of sketchy unsupported intel, then wait a month and release it? That’s one way to make this nothingburger last longer. -
It was about rape yesterday, but today it’s about “eroding women’s spaces” Try to keep up, ok?
-
He did it once before there was a rule allowing gender inclusivity in bathrooms, and once after. A tragedy to be sure, but the law literally didn’t matter to him. Perfect example of how a transgender bathroom accommodation didn’t make a difference one way or the other to this 14-year old predator. Got anymore examples?
-
The argument is women getting raped by men in public restrooms… In states where it’s legal for transgender people to use the restroom matching their gender identity. Presumably the argument is that men dress as women to get in, and then do this. Has this ever even happened?
-
Transgender people pooping in a public restroom are just as dangerous as fentanyl dealers.

You believe it, even though you admit there is no evidence of it. This is blind faith. Your religion is hating Joe Biden. Sad.

I didn’t say all of them were lying. I’m saying that what they’ve said so far doesn’t amount to any wrongdoing by the President. It’s all innuendo. You are convinced there’s evidence Joe Biden did something bad. But nobody can quite explain what… they just know something fishy is going on. Or that if Hunter was involved in business deals, it MUST have involved his dad… despite zero evidence of that. You’re believing without evidence. I believe the term for that is faith. There definitely is a cult-like quality to the true believers of Biden being a crime boss. All of this to turn sentiment against Biden, and distract from job growth, dropping inflation, and more good news. Not a single charge will be brought against Joe Biden, since there’s no evidence. But hey, they got Hunter. He’s a drug-addicted Fock-up…. Which we’ve all known for years.

Ah, the hearing with the naked Hunter pics. Yep, Gym Jordan and MTG are very very serious. Gonna get Biden any minute now. Try listening to Jamie Raskin during those hearings. He’s the guy with a bandana on his head. He throws cold water all over the GOP every day.

Self-Proclaimed Guy Who Doesn't Care™ is Posting Every 2 Minutes

Really? We hadn’t noticed! Not that you’ll read this. You spam post and put everybody who doesn’t affirm you on ignore. Biggest wimp on the board by a long shot. -
LOL tell me what TV channel or website you’re getting this from. I have a scam and I want to advertise it to the most gullible people in the world. I could make millions off rubes dumb enough to believe this stuff.

It doesn’t open a door for creeps. Creeps are gonna do it no matter what. Do you think a law preventing transgender people from peeing in public restrooms is going to stop crazy pervs from sneaking into the ladies’ room ? As for you posting 100 articles with pix of naked men, yes I believe you can do it. In fact, I think you’ve already done it.
-
Becoming the “bathroom police” creates far more unintended consequences. Trans people used the bathroom for many many years and nobody noticed or cared. But now we need to prevent it! And what has happened? We had a butch-looking woman (born female) get the cops called on her for being in the ladies’ room. Male cops then entered the ladies’ room and removed her. Somebody who fully transitioned going into the bathroom of their birth gender is far more likely to get negative attention, because a man in a suit walking into the ladies’ room is gonna freak people out. But instead of looking at reality, let’s make up a bunch of crazy rape fantasies. Then pass laws based on that. Thanks, GOP.

Jason Aldean’s "Try That In A Small Town" Censored And Accused Of ‘Pro-Lynching' Themes
dogcows replied to Blue Horseshoe's topic in The Geek Club
Aldean 2023: “I didn’t mean my song to be racist!" Aldean 2015: “Check out me in blackface!" I’d say he’s learned nothing, but I think he actually has learned that dog whistling gets him more attention, so he’s sticking with it. He’s definitely becoming more popular among certain people. -
Agreed. People desperately want to make a false equivalency here. Intent is in every one of these statues (and throughout all laws). If anybody thinks intent doesn’t matter, consider the penalties for 1st-degree murder vs involuntary manslaughter… and the many degrees between the two as well. Trump could have just handed over the documents (like Pence and Biden did) and this would have been over. But he’s a piece of crap who thinks they are his personal property and that he’s above the law.

Country “music” is more painful than a root canal. -
The judge says it was rape. Doesn’t matter how much Trump or tardcore cry about it. Trump loses again!

Paragraph B refers specifically to paragraph A, specifically “for the purpose aforesaid” which is (from para A): ”for the purpose of obtaining information respecting the national defense with intent or reason to believe that the information is to be used to the injury of the United States, or to the advantage of any foreign nation” Paragraphs A and B require intent of “obtaining information” - which wouldn’t apply to Biden, Pence, or Trump. They are under the later paragraphs pertaining to people that are allowed to have such documents. Also, look at what intent is necessary in A and B: “intent or reason to believe” that they want to injure the US or advantage a foreign nation. I don’t see that for Biden, Pence, or Trump. As for the law you quoted, do you really think they can prove intent for Biden or Pence? They wouldn’t have a snowballs’ chance in hell of proving that based on the evidence that’s out there.

Here is the law that Trump is being charged under: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/793 Paragraphs D and F appear to be the provisions that apply to.these cases, as they mention somebody “lawfully having possession” of documents. Paragraph D points out the crimes are either showing the documents to unauthorized people, and/or refusing to return them when demanded by the government. As far as I know, Biden didn’t show the documents around, and he returned them. On the other hand, Trump allegedly committed both offenses. Refusal to return and showing to unauthorized people. Paragraph F explains that if you realize you have classified documents you should have given back, one who “fails to make prompt report” has broken the law. Biden (and Pence) appear to have promptly reported the documents and invited the Feds to search their property. Trump allegedly moved documents around to avoid detection. And finally, paragraph G is about conspiracy. As far as I know, there was no accomplice working with Biden to hide classified docs. For Trump, his valet Nauta allegedly conspired with him to hide documents from the FBI. Bottom line: Trump was given an opportunity: give back the documents, and it’s all good. He refused. That’s when it appears that he violated the above law, and then conspiring with somebody to hide the docs resulted in further violations. My guess is if he gave the stuff back immediately, they might not have bothered charging him for the times he flashed the documents to other people. Now, if there was any evidence that Biden or Pence intentionally took classified docs and showed them to unauthorized people? They’d be liable for that even though they returned the docs upon demand. At least that’s how I’m reading this law. Intent is huge in the law. Although murder is perhaps a bad comparison here, it gets the point across: we have multiple degrees of murder and manslaughter… all dependent on intent and premeditation. Those principles don’t apply only to murder, but widely across the law.

You’re just mad that somebody else posted a pic of a naked man. That’s your thing, how dare anybody else take that from you!
