When is the new MFL site for 2024 going to be available??? What needs to happen to get this going??

Congrats to the playoff teams!!!!! Thank you to everyone in this league. This was my last year in this league. Too much on my plate and ff just is not fun anymore for me. I hardly watch the games any more. I wish everyone here well and good luck going forward.

E. Draft: 1. Draft Order will be the inverse of the previous season's Post-Season Standings (Last place picks 1st and vice versa). 2. The annual rookie draft will be a standard non-snaking draft. The team that picked 1st in round 1, will pick 1st in round 2, 3, so on and so forth. 3. The annual draft will be scheduled just prior to the start of the first pre-season game. League members will agree on a suitable date for all, on a year by year basis. 4. The draft will be a slow draft, taking place on the MFL DNDL league site. The picks will also be displayed in a thread on the FFToday DNDL league forum. The commissioner will use this information to assist league members with MFL access issues at work. 8 hour time limit for picks 8-6 EST Monday-Friday No time limit on weekends or evenings 5. Trading is permitted throughout the course of the draft. The same rules apply, in regards to tradable assets. 6. If a team does not make a pick within the 8 hour time limit, his pick will be skipped. He will be able to make up his pick when he returns or at the end of the draft. All skipped picks will expire if not made within 24 hours of the draft completion. No further compensation will be awarded. 7. Players dropped during the draft are immediately available for draft selection. This entire situation is ridiculous!!! It's been over 24 hours. A majority of owners knew about the draft, and if you didn't know...wouldn't you get online and find out? It is that time of year... The rules state his pick should be skipped. I think we follow the rules agreed upon by the owners.

I guess I don't understand why "in this particular instance" is any different? And where does it say in the rules that someone can pick by proxy? Why have rules if you don't abide by them? Sorry, I know that sounds like I'm being a hardass, but maintaining the integrity of the league would mean abiding by what the rules state. If we, as a league, are not going to use an 8 hour time clock then get rid of the rule, if someone can pick by proxy then add that to the rules...otherwise the rules of this league are meaningless and thus so is the integrity of this league.

Not sure...as I will be vacationing in Alaska starting Aug 7th. Back to normal on Aug 14th. Just saying that Aug 7th - 14th I wont be checking in very often.....I'll do my best to pre-draft if it gets to that point.
