Yes, that is precisely the point of the 1st Amendment, to hamstring the government. But instead of being lambasted by every other justice, several seemed sympathetic to this outrageous and extremely dangerous viewpoint. What happened to America? It seems lost as more and more people seem to accept the police state of mass censorship of citizens and mass propaganda by the government. All of our rights have been rapidly dwindling as the mega corporations and massive power of the unelected executive branch bureaucrats collude to strip citizens of our rights. When the 1st Amendment stops hamstringing the government, it is game, set and match...the party is over.

A $400,000 home. $80,000 down. $320,000 30-year mortgage at 2.79 percent is $1,313. On March 22, 2024. The house now costs $504,000. Down-payment is $100,800. The 30-year mortgage is now on $403,200 at 6.74 percent, making the payment $2612. Congrats, Biden has doubled the mortgage payment on the same house. Rejoice!

I know nothing about the appeals courts in New York. If they are stacked with Trump hating buffoons, they could uphold an insane judgement. I don't put much weight on the ruling, Supreme Courts have made terrible rulings. It is the logic and fairness that is essential to a good ruling.
