5% does not seem like much when it is up 800 percent in the last 6 months, but it adds up. I had only half of it staked, but now all of it is. Should return more than $100 per month. I am guessing SOL will be over $500 by the end of the year.

Yes and No. The law of Georgia for removing a DA is for Conflict of Interest. They should be allowed to remove for miscounduct. There was massive misconduct, but it was not necessarily a conflict of interest. It is sad that DAs are not held accountable the same way the people they prosecute are. Perhaps the state's prosecutor, the Bar, the Georgia senate, or the US Congress will hold Fani accountable. Even if this judge was correct to punt to other authorities to deal with Fani, there was no excuse for the judge not hitting Fani with multiple contempt of court charges for her behavior when she testified. The judge was spineless. -
The fact that you celebrate a government who can fine a citizen $500 million for not things involving thousands of deaths but some minor violations which harmed no one disgusts me. I don't throw the 'bootlicking' term around lightly. I absolutely know leftist/Democrats have a very similar sense of superiority and a love for an authoritarian power to enforce it as existed in NAZI Germany. And BTW, even billionaires typically do not have access to hundreds of millions in liquid cash.

And the difference is? 500 votes or 10,000 votes is not a material difference. Because of COVID, numerous states had made last minute changes to make it far easier to absentee vote which created a lot of new opportunities to stuff the ballot boxes. Gore waiting for the Supreme Court to force him to concede is hardly a claim to righteousness. -

I have done enough government contracting and had enough ethics classes to know if you hired your lover in a non-compete contract you would be fired on the spot. If you were the reviewer of the bills of your lover, you would be fired on the spot. If you received vacations from prohibited sources, you would be fired on the spot. If you received vacations from someone you contracted with, you would be fired on the spot. There is a reason both Fani and Wade committed perjury and intimidated witnesses and fired whistleblowers.....they were both corrupt bastards. There is zero political with going after them. Anyone and everyone who did what they did would get fired, disbarred and face possible criminal prosecution. -
Fani will be held in contempt of Congress. She will face numerous complaints of the bar as well as be criminally prosecuted by the state. It is highly unlikely Fani can remain on this case. I they they get disbarred and I think the state takes action against them. This court is not the appropriate authority to punish them. They had so many rules and ethics violations. Fani should not have been the one giving him the contract and Fani certainly should not have been the one approving his hours. And then lying on the forms about gifts. Those are all terrible, but then to commit perjury to cover it up, and threaten witnesses really starting to pile up felonies. -

Most all these cases will be meaningless once the Supreme Court acknowledges the obvious, Trump has immunity for his acts during his presidency.
