I have done enough government contracting and had enough ethics classes to know if you hired your lover in a non-compete contract you would be fired on the spot. If you were the reviewer of the bills of your lover, you would be fired on the spot. If you received vacations from prohibited sources, you would be fired on the spot. If you received vacations from someone you contracted with, you would be fired on the spot. There is a reason both Fani and Wade committed perjury and intimidated witnesses and fired whistleblowers.....they were both corrupt bastards. There is zero political with going after them. Anyone and everyone who did what they did would get fired, disbarred and face possible criminal prosecution. -
Fani will be held in contempt of Congress. She will face numerous complaints of the bar as well as be criminally prosecuted by the state. It is highly unlikely Fani can remain on this case. I they they get disbarred and I think the state takes action against them. This court is not the appropriate authority to punish them. They had so many rules and ethics violations. Fani should not have been the one giving him the contract and Fani certainly should not have been the one approving his hours. And then lying on the forms about gifts. Those are all terrible, but then to commit perjury to cover it up, and threaten witnesses really starting to pile up felonies. -

Nice victory for Trump, but not a huge deal. The bigger decision will be what the judge does with Fani. The particular ruling just shows incompetence on part of the prosecution. You would think spending $750k on a 'superstar' would of had better results. -
