Elementary schools are not platforms for free speech. Banning or restricting the sales and distribution of books would be censorship. A librarian who wants to peddle porn to young children is not protected speech. It is government indoctrination. Public employees, whether teachers or librarians are public servants and do not have free speech while on the clock. They have free speech when they are not working. The first Amendment protects speech in the press, public platforms, private individuals, and churches.

It gives the attorney power to go after fraudulent business who cheated the public out of money. The banks said Trump was given the standard rate given to the mega wealthy, which they said Trump surely was. The fraud in this case was by the Trump-hating district attorney and the judge. Tim, I am complete unswayed by what someone in authority says. I look at the facts of the case (regardless of the people involved) and determine if it is fair and just. Nothing what any court says changes the fact that there was no misrepresentation of wealth, no law was broke, and not one person was harmed.

And every bank in New York would line up to loan Trump money. And the rate they charge Trump was the same they would charge any whale customer. Trump did not recieve any discount, which was the supposed damage that was claimed. This case is nothing but legalized robbery to the tune of a half billion dollars.

Anything more than $1 is too much. What Trump did is what every real estate investor has done, provide the bank with an estimate of their financial state. A judge relying solely on a county tax assessment to determine that Trump misrepresented the value is asinine. Trump provided an accurate valuation that every real estate appraiser agrees was reasonable. And you absolutely know this, but yet you say a $200 million is a reasonable ruling. You are incapable of honest logical unbiased reasoning.
