Timmy’s thread for general discussion
jonmx replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
100 percent incorrect. The FBI knew about this guy for years. And when he got on the Blaze staff and was doing more visible reporting on Januarg 6th, that is when the FBI started to pressure the guy. He has been living in fear of an FBI raid for over two years. All he did on January 6th was reporting. Your fallback assumption Is always the negro is guilty. Even when there is videotape clearly showing innocent, you believe guilt because of how heavily programmed you are. -

BS. Not the reporters for the New York Times or New Yorker. Of course you never see anything wrong with treating negros differently. -

Steve Baker was told by the FBI a few days before they would go to his house and arrest him, much like they did another journalist Steven Horn about a year ago. They told him to wear loose clothing because they were going to put him in an orange jump suit and hand and leg shackles. Steven Horn is still in prison on misdemeanor charges and Steve Baker was terrified he would suffer the same fate. Apparently there was enough of a conservstive media and Congressional backlash, that the FBI backed off and allowed him to turn himself in. They did put him in arm and leg shackles for his court room appearance, but did not pit him in an orange jump suit. As far as crazy, he did nothing except report on January 6th and entered the building as a reporter, much like other journalist did. Those associated with organizations like the New York Times or the New Yorker have never been question or arrested. The New York Times reporter actually entered the building through a broken window, Baker entered through an open door. You just love your two-tiered system of justice. One of the conservatives (the negros) and one for the bootlickers. -

Tim has no comment on the DOJ/FBI arresting dozens of joirnalists. Our record the last few years is worst than Putins. Really, we need to send 20 FBI agents to Steve Bakers house (of The Blaze) and put him in an orange jump suit and shackles for doing the exact same thing that reporters from the New York Times and New Yorker did. Oh, but the New York Times doesn't care, so it is a non-issue. You only f-ing retort is that my factual assertion must not be true. What a crock. -

1. Lol... no, that does not make it far worse. Trump lawyers were negotiating with them, and the FBI decided to raid them anyways. Trump had a right to many of those docs through the presidential records act which may become part of his library. Now Hillary Clinton destroyed her hard drives before the FBI could get them. A clear act of obstruction. Clinton also had her records hacked, so there was a clear breech. Not one of Trump documents fell into Chinese or Russian hands. There is no legitimate case that Trump was worse. 2. There is nothing illegal about Trump asking the governor to look for fraudulent votes. In fact that is a legitimate role of the president in upholding laws if he believes there was election fraud. Unlike how the media spins it, Trump did not ask for fraudulent votes. He was looking to find miscounted or illegal votes, exactly like Gore was in 2000. 3. The Jan. 6th case will get thrown out. A three judge panel of Democrats already ruled this week that the 'interfering with an official act' law does not apply to this. The $454 million fine was a 100 percent corrupt ruling as I have explained to you numerous times, but you really don't give a fuk. All you care is Trump is guilty. You have disagreed with me on many legal cases over the years, and your experts are 0 for 20 in these. -

Wasting your breath. Until the New York Times agrees, Tim will not even entertain the points. The idea of a 'serious discussion' is first you must accept the facts as the elitist establishment frames them. Democrats never have evil motives, but are the fighters of truth and justice. Republicans associate with racists and all their facts are lies. And that is what Tim's idea of a 'serious discussion' is. -

You know this is already baked into the poll numbers which has Trump winning ever swing state. But I won't argue. Biden is a great candidate. I love Biden. -

I just laid out all the details which accurately reflect the ruling and yet you refuse to acknowledge it. Your problem as always is you completely rely upon authority to do your thinking. You refuse to look at facts and think for yourself. That is precisely why I call modern Democrats bootlickers for the authoritarian bastards. -

Ignorant is a better term. You choose to believe sources who are in the business of brainwashing the masses. Nothing I asserted in this thread is false. Your understanding of the cases against Trump are based upon lies. -

That is why this thread is a joke. You know damn well what financial statements to banks look like and how banks use them. For a judge to a make a fraud ruling because he believes Marg-a-lago was worth $18 million based on a tax assessment, when every real estate appraisal puts the value in line with what Trump valued it on his financial statement is judicially criminal. And to make that dispute in valuation a fine of $454 million is a pure vile ruling to destroy Trump. You know damn well that is total BS. But you won't ever admit it. -

You are ignorant of the present. The most fundamental human right is free speech and the right to be heard. I along with tens of millions of Americans are denied that on a daily basis. Equal treatment under the law was main principle outcome of the civil war. MAGA people are the number 1 target of our government and have been unfairly prosecuted by our government. The floodgates on this really opened up during the Biden years. You conveniently don't want to get into the conservative journalists who are being targets by Merrick Garland. -

Every single case against Trump has White House fingerprints all over them. Each and everyone of them was designed to help defeat Trump in 2024. To deny that is just stupid. -

1. You are correct, Social Media is not the press, but they are the most important free speech platform we have. These big tech platforms love the liability protection they were given for being a platform, but instead act like a press with complete editorial control eliminating conservstive speech every chance they get. It is utterly disgusting, but you love it that conservstive are shut up and treated like the blacks were in the 1800's. And that is not even remotely a hyperbole. 2. You would not know crap about what a lie is or what is misinformation because you swallow it daily. You don't even know that Merrick Garland is having reporters imprisoned for the crime of reporting on Jan. 6th. Just yesterday Steve Baker of the Blaze had a team of heavily armed FBI agents come and arrest him, put him in a jump suit and shackles and thrown in a dangerous prison for some misdemeanor offenses. To you thst is a lie because the New York Times does not headline it. He is a nice old man who believes in the free press and never harmed a soul in his life. But to Garland, the biggest criminals are those who dare speak out against the establishment power. That is why I call you a bootlicker, because through your ignorance you absolutely are. 3. As usual, you are ignorant of what free speech is and means. The three-letter agencies of our government is using big tech as their surrogates to slaughter our First Amendment rights. The only reason the Google is allowed to operate with their anti-trust tactics, act as a monopoly and even expand their hold by acquiring companies like YouTube is because they do the dirty work of our government. Again, f-disgusting. 4. Our media is just an extension of our government. Has been for decades. The CIA completely infiltrated it and gained control of it back in the 1960's through Operation Mockingbird. An outstanding expose of what was done was by Carl Bernstein in a 1977 article here. https://www.carlbernstein.com/the-cia-and-the-media-rolling-stone-10-20-1977 This activity was ordered to stop but never did, which is why the so-called mainstream media still operates as a uni-voice in support of big government power. Trump's goal is to get a free press back. While it is Garland who has arrested a dozen conservstive journalists under the color of law whose crime was doing actual reporting. -

LOL...you are the biggest enemy of the free press I have ever met. You despise with a passion every independant voice that goes off script. You love the idea of regulating 'misinformstion', you had no problems with our government suppressing the Hunter Biden story, you have no issues with millions of Americans being censored everyday by big tech at the direction of government t agencies. You are 100 percent anti-free speech. -

jonmx replied to Patented Phil's topic in The Geek Club
Oh there are lots of cracks in the armor. The Dems are putting up a good show. Look at the moronic thread in here where they try to claim it is Trump in mental decline. But behind the scenes there are many who are looking for options. They are allowing a few stories to slip through that shows Biden has no mind left, the Justice Department releasing a report that Biden is not even well enough to stand trial for one. A significant portion of the deep state is convinced Biden can't win. But the people (Soros, et el) holding on to Biden's puppet strings are doing everything they can to prop him up and hope they can get him across the finish line. There is still enough time to pull some convention shenanigans and hoist some authoritarian idiot like Newsome or Whitmer on the ticket. -

So does the deep state do this at the convention or after? I am thinking they will wait as long as possible, so the new candidate looks like some shiney new toy and before people have a chance to look under the hood. -
Oregon is recriminalizing the personal use of fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine
jonmx replied to Gepetto's topic in The Geek Club
I spend two weeks in Oregon in the Summer of 2022. Absolutely beautiful state. Spent one week in an air b-n-b in the Portland suburbs which was fine. Traveled to around the Columbia River Gorge to Mt Hood. Saw dozens of magnificent waterfalls. Traveled to the coast, went to the huge cheese factor had some awesome homemade ice cream. Visited some wineries. Went south and explored the coast. Saw some great sand dunes, Thor's Well. Spend a week on the Umpqua River. Enjoyed a sasquash festival, saw the gorgeous Creator lake. Did some hiking, saw a lot more waterfalls. Visited more wineries. Did a little fishing, caught some trout. Great vacation. Downtown Portland was an absolute disaster. If you wanted to eat, there were food trucks. The bookstore was impressive, voodoo donuts were great, but shops were non-existance and the homeless had taken over. Where I first learned of the new scam where homeless/druggies would move into homes when the owners were gone and just claim they were renting. It takes a year and tens of thousands in legal fees to remove them. The city has determined that is a civil matter and not criminal. Same thing is happening in Atlanta, to the tune of about 1500 homes are occupied and the city does nothing. -

Appeals Court: Interference with Official Acts Charge total BS
jonmx posted a topic in The Geek Club
Leftwing authoritarian bastards have been chanting 24/7 on their government-controlled Mainstream Media megaphone, that the Jan. 6th protesters were guilty of some insidious act of Interference with an Official Act nonsense. Finally, a panel of federal judges have ruled that law does not apply to this case. So for three years, about 100 Jan 6ers (many of whom have been rotting in jail, some even unjustly put in solitary confinement) will see their sentences greatly reduced. Many of whom probably would not even had been put in jail had these charges not have been added. The problem with this interference/obstruction charge, is these enhancements were added after the Enron scandal because many of the accountants who interfered with an investigation could not be charged with a serious crime. The thing is, the 'official act' defined in the statue was for an investigation, and the certification of electors is not an investigation. Thus the law does not apply to the protesters on January 6th. Just another example of literally millions of the authoritarian bastards chilling free speech targeted at American who dare question their authority. Slowly MAGA is winning victories for freedom. -
