Nothing what any court says changes the fact that there was no misrepresentation of wealth, no law was broke, and not one person was harmed.

If this case is handed off to a new prosecutor, it will be reset and moved to a new juridiction. The new prosecutor will be assigned by the governor. There is no gaurentee that the prosecutor will move forward and there is no chance it will happen before the election. Thereby effectively ending the case.
