Recap of yesterday's circus show in the Fulton County case. Terrance Bradley, the former partner and divorse attorney for Mr. Wade, took the stand. Bradley had provided Trump's attorney's a slew of information via phone conversations and texts stating the Fani and Wade had started (late 2019) their sexual relationship long before Fani contracted (Nov 2021) with Wade to be their special prosecutor for the Trump case. This conflicts with with Fani's and Wade sworn testimony that they had no romantic relationship before March 2022. On the stand, Bradley seemed to have gotten a massive case of amnesia and could not recall anything. Despite working with Wade for years and also being contracted by Fani, Bradley now claims to have only talked to Wade about Fani once and that conversation was in confidence. This in spite of Bradley providing Trump's attorney information about Fani and Wade's nunerous trips to Florida, Texas and California, and Wade even helping get Bradley contracts with Fani. The prosecution attorney's played the role of a slimy defense attorney as they objected to nearly every questioned asked. The judge mostly overruled but did sustain a few because the questions were not getting anywhere as it was obvious Bradley was a complete lying weasel. Bradley not only could not recall anything, he had a hard time understanding simple questions, and claimed his numerous texts which matter of factly provided details of the relationship, were now actually just him speculating. When pressed why Bradley would speculate to the defense team as they put together a motion to dismiss his friends from the case, Bradley had no answer. He just sat there dumbfounded for a minute before saying he did not know. Bradley looked like a complete idiot on the stand. Trying to get an answer was worse than pulling teeth. Even when he gave an answer, it was usually hedged with qualifications. It was painful to watch. Overall, none of his testimony is all that important. He still provided several answers which contradicted Fani and Wade. The cell phone data is really the smoking gun which show tens of thousands of calls and text in 2021 between Fani and Wade with geotracking of cell towers which show several overnight booty calls, it will be impossible for Fani and Wade's credibility to ever be resurrected. Remember, Fani and Wade are not on criminal trial (yet), this is just a motion to disqualify them. All that needs to be shown is an appearance of impropriety. Both of them are officers of the court, and have the responsibility to maintain the integrity of the Justice system. Telling numerous lies under oath and illegally enriching themselves are more than enough to be booted off the case.

We have a mostly braindead society. The irony is they think the highly diverse free-thinking independant media is a right-wing conspiracy echo-chamber. Instead they blindly trust the corporate establishment media who are all on the puppet strings of the ultra-wealthy elites and who all parrot the exact same message. If you are in the corporate establishment media, you will be fired on the spot for daring to speak out against aid to Ukraine, suggesting Jan 6th might not have been insurrection to overthrow the government, or that the COVID vaccine has lead to epidemic levels of heart disease. Fortunately, more and more people are waking up to the BS and next election cycle is not looking good for them. Over the next few months, the establishment will expose themselves on how evil they really are as they fight to the death to hang on to their authoritarian power. I hope they go down peacefully, but that is not their nature.

The biggest enemy of an authoritarian state is an independant media. Tucker, wikileaks, Snowden, O'Keefe, whistleblowers, freedom protesters....these are public enemy #1 of the authoritarian state/Democrats. In 2000, Gore sent an army of lawyers down to Florida to find or eliminate votes. They contested every military ballot that was not postmarked. They looked at hanging chads. They looked at butterfly ballots....they looked high and low to find 500 votes to overturn the election results. Exact same damn thing, dumbarse.

Georgia and Fulton Countg have rules on how contracts are awarded. Fani bypassed the process and awarded a huge contract to her lover. This lover billed the county ungodly amounts of hours prior to the case even beginning. Since Fani was intimately involved in the award of the contract, she is strictly forbidden from recieving gifts fromnthe awardee (basic contract ethics 101). Fani never disclosed their relationship or the illegal gifts. Fani then lied about when the relationship started to try to hide her bad deeds. Even if Fani were truthful, what she did was extremely unethical and probably illegal. Now that she lied about it in court, she has made it far worse and it is a slam dunk disbarment and rises to levels she should be criminally prosecuted for..
