The case which got tossed because they tried to get Hunter to plea to a misdemeanor with no jail time in exchange for immunity against hundreds of serious felony charges. You are so f-ing stupid. No Hunter was not arrested. Hunter was indicted and charged. Hunter is not going to be brought into prison and arrested. It is all just a big show and cover and to protect him from a Congressional investigation..

LOL...you do realize these charges are purely to fool dumbasses like you? The justice department ridiculously already gave Hunter immunity for all the more serious charges based upon his misdemeanor plea to a minor gun charge violation. So all these more serious charges (and the tax violations are not even close to the most serious charges) will eventually get thrown out, most likely after the election. The timing of these charges conveniently perfectly coincided with Hunter's subpoena appearance before Congress. Even if Congress does manage to drag Hunter in for questioning, he can just say he can not answer questions because of his criminal trial. It is all a fuking game. The justice department is in cohorts with the Bidens to protect them.
