Yes and no. The lower court essentially convicted Trump as an insurrectionists but did not believe the law applied to Trump. Without the lower court ruling that Trump was in fact an insurrectionist, the Colorado Supreme Court would of had no basis to rationalize this pile of Horseshit they dumped on us. It is almost like the courts colluded to come up with this strategy.

It is like these lower level judges don't give a crap about the reasoning in their BS rulings. They just want to throw thousands of darts at Trump and hope one might stand. At the very least they are hoping the headlines hurt Trump or that it might fuel other states to join them. Our justice system has morphed into a radical politically-charged pile of manure.

Regardless of one's position on the applicability of this clause to a president, the complete lack of due process should have been a compelling arguement for any judge at any level. But here we are at the Colorado Supreme Court and 4 of 7 judges have no issue denying Trump due process in order to feed their TDS. During the last few years, I have completely lost faith in our Justice system including most state courts, most federal district courts, the DOJ, FBI, and CIA.

Very high-level leftist judges do maneuvers like this to win. These should be the cream of the crop with the highest level of education and the utmost integrity. Unless you have video and DNA evidence, Democrats want to criminalize to even question the integrity of the election. This big push for absentee ballots made stuffing the ballot box way too easy with little or no validation. These last minute vote count swings and especially the shenanigans in places like Mariposa County which took days extra to count ballots provides little confidence that some level of tampering took place. The idea thst we must completely trust these hyper-partsan fanatics is purely stupid. And the judges in these areas will defend these shenanigans to the death. Trump has to win some of these swing states by 200,000 votes to ensure he wins.

There are really only two, but it is not Democrat vs. Republican. This is the new justice system in the United States. Conservatives have no right to a trial. This started with Alex Jones. The judge simply declared him guilty based on his words. None of the other elements required for defamation were allowed to be disputed in front of a jury. The only role the jury played was to set the award. This worked marvelously and they got an obscene jury award of around $1 billion despite Jones not physically harming anyone. The did the same thing to Rudy Giulliani. The judge declared him guilty of defamation without allowing any defense and they went to jury, and again getting an obscene award of $148 million for hurting the feeling of a election working who did some very strange things. Both these awards were unheard of amounts, but were railroaded through. This tactic is also being done in the Trump case in New York. The judge skipped the jury trial and declared Trump guilty of fraud despite not a single victim or any harm being done to anyone. Many elements of criminal fraud were not found, the judge simply decreed guilt based upon his opinion that Trump over inflated valued of his properties. The case is now in front of a jury to determine damages, but has been stayed pending Suoreme Court ruling on issues of presidential immunity. Now we have this case in Colorado where the lower court simply declared Trump guilty of participating in an insurrection but decline to remove him from the ballot based upon his reading of the law. The higher court has now overturned that ruling and here we are, Trump is off the ballot with no real trial. Leftist authoritarian bastards have found a way to destroy their enemies through the Civil court process and are abusing the rules to railroad these cases through. People who oppose this unchecked establishment power are being destroyed. Obvious this is not the same as putting them on trains and putting them in gas chambers, but the result is the same, their enemies are destroyed and silenced. These bastards control certain court systems. They control the upper leadership in the FBI/DOJ/CIA. They control the availability of most of the information we have access to in the internet. They control all the major news sources. They control what is taught in virtually all institutions of higher learning. As long as these establishment forces can control who is president, they have the power to systematically destroy our freedoms. Our Constitutional protections are hanging on by a thread. Yes. I 100 percent know we are at an advance stage of an authoritarian government being instituted. Obviously not the exact same tactics as used by past authoritarian regimes, but insatiably expanding their authoritarian power until their power is absolute.
