Trump is appealing the ruling. The judge can scream and shout all he wants, but Trump gets a chance to have some honest judge overturn such an obviously unlawful order.

What law is he interpreting? He is making an order which is contrary to law which has no legal basis. Appealing an unconstitutional order is not unconstitutional. The judge is trying to assert unlawful authority he does not have and not allowing any due process in doing so. This judge will be put in his place at the Supreme Court level.

There are no laws which prohibit the president from auditing payments nor are the budgets so detailed that some temporary freeze violates them. Further, the judge's demand that Trump destroy records is a clear violation of recird-keeping laws. Trump is appealing this ruling, which is all part of due process. So go fuk yourself.

The judges are defying the Constution. They are not the President. The President has every right to see how executive branch organizations are conducting business.
