The whole point about Democracy seemed to have been a response of the board and/or schools calling the parents bigots and anti-Democratic. That was a diversionary point she should not have wasted time on.
-
That was the point of the post. The party machine was all in on Biden when they thought they could win and that Trump would be in prison. Now it looks like Trump is the favorite to win and the party machine has to be rethinking their strategy.
-
Actually she said teaching them to be a productive member of society was the main goal, not that math and reading would make them so. You guys keep looking for reasons to trash this women.
-
She was making the point, the school board really doesn't want Democracy because they may not like the results. She was not claiming we are a theocracy, but we could be if we were a true democracy.
-
Ahe didn't. She spoke rationale thoughts and thst scares the Jesus out of the left.

They are also going after Google. It seems the US government wants to ensure big tech is under their thumb for the next election cycle, just in case they get any funny ideas.

It is already too late. The government gave immunity and Hunter accepted and many of the statue of limitations have passed. It will be a battle to get the agreement nullified even if the court rejected it. Hunter has a solid case that he already is immune from any prosecution from anything he ever did in the past.
-
Not if Joe's friends are doing the prosecuting. They give Hunter free immunity of charges which are treasonous in exchange for a minor gun violation that no one cares about. This is a kin to murdering someone, but then your daddy's buddy gives you immunity in exchange for pleading guilty to a parking violation. It is so plainly corrupt, it is foolish to deny.

The evidence is clear as day in his laptop and in the testimony of numerous witnesses and recorded calls.

BS. When they have been numerous similar cases which never went to trial, it does not belong in court. Selectively prosecuting people based upon politics is a tool for tyranny. There is a reason why the motto when you enter the Supreme Court is 'Equal Justice for All'.

Supreme Court once again rejects Alabama’s attempt to restrict black voting
jonmx replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
No, their vote was not restricted. If you want to alledge their representation was diluted, that is a different point but does not have the impact that your false headline does. You love you some authoritarian race-baiting spin. -
How can there be a “two-tiered system of justice” when Senator Menedez is indicted with taking bribes?
jonmx replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
You can alway find some nuanced difference between the two events. But they have enough similarities to warrant consideration. Trump was locked down for a couple hours. If this impacted Trump's conduct of official business in anyway (which it surely did), the exact same charges should have been made. Of course you do not believe in equal justice, so the valid point is a waste of breath in this discussion. -

Can you explain how the black votes was being restricted. Nothing in redistricting has even a remote impact on voting. It has nothing to do with restricting anyone's vote. What it impacts is how those votes are represented. The headline is a boldface lie. -

He is going to be replaced by a Democrat. So he is extremely expendable. Costs zero to feign some integrity. -

This has nothing to do with restricting black votes. Terrible headline. Race-baiting spin on display. -
I would suggest a motorcade through Dallas, but the establishment already used that one before.

But don't dare question them or they will Russell Brand or Jan 6th you.

Hush money is typically written off by businesses as a business expense. This is a legal grey area between Trump and the IRS, which is normally handled by fines and assessments. Having a state come in and try to criminalize the record keeping is absurd.

Oh yes, of course they are not real BLM protestors. That is such as horseshit arguement. -

Because your media glosses over it and does not show the video. But they do slip in the facts sometimes. BLM clashes with police with dozens of officers injuried. -ABC Violent BLM protest in NYC leaves two NYPD cops injured, 11 arrested.. BLM mob beats white man unconscious after making him crash truck: video Drew Hernandez told Fox News the man was possibly defending a transgender woman being beaten and robbed by Black Lives Matter protesters when the mob turned their attention to him and his female companion. Video ------ I know every story you see is the local police are portrayed as the aggressors against the peaceful protestors. That is the BS story the federal government wants to tell. There are dozens upon dozens of those stories plastered everywhere over the government media you consume telling the BLM version of events while ignoring the billions upon billions in damage they did and the thousands of injuries they caused. You are being feed a bunch of crap and you love it. -

There is very little evidence the cops were beaten thst badly. There were cuts and bruises and exposure to sprays but several of the most aggrievous attacks have been exposed as frauds. BLM did beat cops similarly and threw bricks and objects with virtually no prosecutions and no reporting on cops being injuried. The media creates false narratives and you gobble it up like a good cuck. -

And the Democrats spent years cheerleading BLM much more so than Trump ever did. Our civil servants are just that, servants of the people. But they act like they are superior beings entitled to more protection. You really don't have a clue about what good government is and what set America apart from every country which came before it. We as a country have lost our values which made us great. -

I really don't give a about the Capitol. Our politicians are paid servants. Our paid servants need to be more concerned about protecting the millions of people whose businesses were destroyed more than they are worried about their heavily protected butts. We watched thousands of businesses burn and they did nothing but fan the flames. Thst is sickening. -
I an not downplaying anything. I look at people in similar cases and see a grossly distorted treatment based on the politics and not on the action. I believe in people getting treated equally is an essential pillar of our justice system.

Sure, because Rittenhouse was 100 percent innocent which was as plain as day from day 1 to any homest person. But the fed video was only provided to the prosecutor and the prosecutor did not provide it to the defense. Then the prosecutor used a manipulated still frame and sprung it in the 11th hour and tried to claim a few pixels showed Rittenhouse pointing a gun (the 'gun' was actually a part of the frame of a car door window). The point was there is a ton of material available to convict BLM rioters, but it was not seeked.
