Each organization has four employees who have access to the records going through their data. I even doubt the financial system holds the detailed records that shows sensitive rates companies are charging. The gross payment amount and contract line item are not going to give much insight to sensitive business info. There is very little anything our government does which is constitutional. What stops the president from sending in a team to look at those records? Nothing. What stops those teams from reporting to Trump irregularities. Nothing. The only question is how much discretion and authority Trump has in cleaning up those organizations.
