I think a lot of the evidence collected, especially the evidence obtained by strong-arming his lawyers into breaking their lawyer-client privilege, will be thrown out. Until trans care gets away from this crackpot notion that young children can self-diagnosis and the 'medical examination' criteria is simply to affirm the self-diagnosis, the practice needs to be banned completely.
