Each organization has four employees who have access to the records going through their data. I even doubt the financial system holds the detailed records that shows sensitive rates companies are charging. The gross payment amount and contract line item are not going to give much insight to sensitive business info. There is very little anything our government does which is constitutional. What stops the president from sending in a team to look at those records? Nothing. What stops those teams from reporting to Trump irregularities. Nothing. The only question is how much discretion and authority Trump has in cleaning up those organizations. He may be pushing the limits on how he is closing them down. But having the DOGE team investigate will not be the issue.

You are the fuking clueless one. All the payments to contractors and vendors are paid by the smaller organization, and don't come directly from the Treasury. There is not one central organization which has all the accounting records. Each organization has their own financial systems which has their employees audit bills before they are paid. It is at that level at each of these hundreds of organizations are where any sensitive details are held. I have worked government contracts, i have reviewed invoices, and gave technical approval so payments could be made. No one at the treasury has direct access to the systems on some DoD base. There is a whole complex structure of how funds are authorized and a hierarchy of how those funds are sent to each organization and then how each of those organization make payments.

With the crap that coming out, it is not fast enough. There are hundreds of organizations to dig through and the next four years may be the last time these books are open for public scrutiny.
