Since when.am I wrong? I am almost always proven right.

Musk does not have access to any of that. Those would be held by DoD components. Musk is not the one going through the data. Each organization has four employees who have access to the records going through their data. I even doubt the financial system holds the detailed records that shows sensitive rates companies are charging. The gross payment amount and contract line item are not going to give much insight to sensitive business info. Usually only the contracting officer and their assistants have access to details that are business sensitive. There really is not a legitimate concern, just Musk-hating propaganda

Media Giants Settling With Donald Trump Are Setting a “Dangerous” Precedent 🏆
jonmx replied to League Champion's topic in The Geek Club
I guess these people are completely oblivious to the fact the CIA has spent decades infiltrating and controlling the messaging of the mainstream media and strongarming big tech to censor citizens. -
You can not be serious....you realize most of what they fund has nothing to do with what the money was appropriated for. Can you seriously look at the list of massive waste, fraud and abuse and not be outraged. You are a fuking clown. You love government propaganda and censorship. You think that is legal and a proper role of government. You think funding trans operations around the world is some kind of essential humanitarian aid. Get the fuk out of here.

Retard...I am done responding to this focking retard troll.

And the story was fed to them by USAID. There are all kinds of interesting laws these federal employees ran afoul of.

House Democrats denied entry into Education Department
jonmx replied to League Champion's topic in The Geek Club
Congratulations, you have spotted a typo on a fantasy football message board!! As a reward, you will be named 'Doofus of the Day'. Again, congratulations! -
It probably is. What isn't overstepping is to start criminally investigating anyone who they suspect of Hatch Violations and misappropriation of funds. And then Trump has the power to put them on administrative leave and then fire them and possibly criminally charge them. Trump jumped the gun a bit and did it too broadly. There has to be due process. He will have to make a case against each individual. It is probably the managers and financial people who are screwed, and rightfully so.

There is very little anything our government does which is constitutional. What stops the president from sending in a team to look at those records? Nothing. What stops those teams from reporting to Trump irregularities. Nothing. The only question is how much discretion and authority Trump has in cleaning up those organizations. He may be pushing the limits on how he is closing them down. But having the DOGE team investigate will not be the issue.
-
The treasury has no idea how to pay the contractors. All the records and approvals are done at the particular agency which did the contracting. You are a total moron. I have SF-50s, and you don't even know what those are.
-
It gives the DOGE team full access to all their non-classified records and information. If they see something, they can expose it. Trump has enormous discretion over how executive branch agencies operate. What additional authority do they need to police the agencies which Trump is over?
-
Oh please tell me. Tell me how the system works you focking lying POS.
-
You think a government organization giving out money to their favorite political cause is legal. What went on in USAID is highly illegal. Musk is legally tasked with exposing it. Sue away. The bastard who try to sue can be held criminally liable for numerous crimes including misappropriation of funds and Hatch Act violations
-
You are the fuking clueless one. All the payments to contractors and vendors are paid by the smaller organization, and don't come directly from the Treasury. There is not one central organization which has all the accounting records. Each organization has their own financial systems which has their employees audit bills before they are paid. It is at that level at each of these hundreds of organizations are where any sensitive details are held. I have worked government contracts, i have reviewed invoices, and gave technical approval so payments could be made. No one at the treasury has direct access to the systems on some DoD base. There is a whole complex structure of how funds are authorized and a hierarchy of how those funds are sent to each organization and then how each of those organization make payments.
-
With the crap that coming out, it is not fast enough. There are hundreds of organizations to dig through and the next four years may be the last time these books are open for public scrutiny.
-
No he doesn't. He is not getting access to any military organizations, at least yet. And when he does it will not be Musk digging through the files looking at business sensitive information of his competitors. It will be DOGE representative who have no conflict of interest.
-
Is he auditing Space Force you fockig moron? If he was you would finally have a point. But instead Musk is exposing hundreds of billions of dollars of massive corruption and all you focking morons worry about is a potential conflict of interest in an agency he is not even auditing. Go fuk yourself. I hate disingenious lying retards.
-
Have you read what USAID was up to???? It is almost completely an organization which solely engages in waste, fraud and abuse. And here is a tidbit for just how bad it was. When Biden was on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee he directed USAID to give tens of millions to a company called Barista....who in turned hired his son, who in turn put money in Joe's pocket. .. the USAID bs is a corrupt as they come.
-
JFC you are one of the stupidest MFers. You have only answered 1/4 of the question. Now tell me what organization do they have a contract on which Musk would have been a potential competitor on, and then show me if Musk has insights into the detailed itemized records of payments which might give Musk some business sensitive information from his competitor. And even if all that was true, it is not a case of conflict of interest. It would be an issue of disclosure of sensitive information. It still has zero to do with being a conflict of interest.
-
Who the fuk is a competitor to Space X and what agency is Musk auditing that has contracts with his competitors? You are speculating on something that is not happening. Places like the DoE or USAID has zero to do with competitors to Musk. There has to be specifics to have a conflict.
-
I have worked for the federal government. I understand what is and what is not a conflict of interest. Simply being a bulluonaire and/or government contractor in no way constitutes a conflict of interest unless he was auditing someone who was involved in funding his contract. You on the other hand are an actual bootlicking whoar who is a clueless dumbfuk who parrots whatever MSNBC tells you. Go fuk yourself.
-
Lol....Apparently you are clueless to the fact that Soros organizations recieved $50 million from USAID so he could free violent criminals and defend those involved in the summer of love riots. You see that would be an actual conflict of interest with this effort. Musk's contract for Space X services is not a conflict of interest in anything he has done yet.
-
Exactly. So you have zero clue what constitutes a conflict of interest, nor can you articulate what Musks conflict is. The left is the party of retards.

'Nazi Nepo Baby': Democrats In Meltdown Over USAID Shutdown
jonmx replied to League Champion's topic in The Geek Club
Democrat's approval rating is already at all-time lows...and the retarded bastards keep digging. This is so glorious. God bless America! -
What you said is "they’re going to uncover a lot of grift, ignore the grift they personally benefit..." Musk would have to have some grift to be able to ignore it. And please explain how having contracts to help the government with space communication is in anyway a conflict of interest in exposing waste, fraud and abuse in agencies like USAID who have nothing to do with anything Musk is involved with. Do you really understand what a conflict of interest is?
