Psychological evaluation is not even a thing anymore. The official medical standard only requires self-identification. Typically a kid will go into a clinic, some trans-activist will counsel the child and they will fill out a questionnaire. The questionnaire gets faxed to a doctor who rubber stamps it and drugs are prescribed and treatments leading up to and including surgery are begun.
