Plenty of black men have been wrongly hung based the unanimous vote of a jury. A corrupt judge and prosector can fix any case to influence the jury's verdict which absolutely happened here. There were dozens of clear intentional errors in this case which will cause it to get throw out.

I have been asking for that since day one of this case. That is where this case completely comes off the rails and falls apart. This judge and prosecutor completely glossed over that and bamboozled the jury.

Our systems and institutions have lost accountability. When the people lose visibility into our institutions and the people running those institution are not held to any accountable standards, they will become corrupted every time. We have reached that point and then some.

Appeals can be made to the federal level and up to the Supremes if need be. I think the liberties this judge took with the law are so gross that this might even get overturned at the state level by Democratic judges.

Not under the laws of the state. There is no chance these phoney convictions stand. The three crimes the judge listed as crimes to elevate this to a felony are not crimes according to New York Law.

Because that legal description only describes the misdemeanor offense which statute of limitations ran out over 5 years ago. The crime that raises this to a felony is not described or what the elements of those crimes are.

It would be quite easy to characterize each potential juror and feed that information to the prosecution. It would not shock me one bit of that was done in this case. What stops the feds from stacking every jury in their favor ? Absolutely nothing.

You are such a clown when it comes to legal analysis. Every one of the crimes the judge referenced is a federal crime. The New York Code clearly defines crime as a violation of state and local laws. None of the underlying crimes should have even been considered by New York Code. That is one of a hundred gross violations of law this judge allowed.

Temporarily. There are so many Constitutional violations done by in this court that it is impossible to know which one will prevail first.

It is the first trial in history where someone was convicted and we have no idea what crime the person committed. Was it: 1. Tax violations 2. Election interference 3. Campaign finance violation We have a verdict and we have no idea. That is why this case is a complete fraud. The judge allowed this BS in a court which has zero jurisdiction over any of those crimes.
