The billing and checks were all done after the election, so they had no possible influence on the election. So basically, this criminal fascist bastard of a judge will try to give jury instructions which say convict if you feel Trump is bad, and if the jury does not like Trump they might get a conviction. The judge should be given the electric chair for the outlandish jury instructions. The judge not only did not force the prosecution to define a crime, the judge left it completely up to each individual juror to pick a crime. It could be federal. It could be state. It could be local. Whatever. And the jurors don't even have to agree with the crime is. One could think Trump intended to commit tax fraud. One could think Trump wanted to commit election interference. One could think Trump might have wanted to jaywalk. It does not matter. As long these jurors think some crime was involved they can convict Trump. It does not matter that the state Court has zero authority to enforce election laws. It does not matter that the jurors were not given instructions explaining what all the elements of those crimes are. It does not matter that Trump was given no due process to be able to defend himself against every crime in the book or that the prosecution is not required to prove all the elements of any of these mysterious crimes, and that Trump the crime does not have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. This case is an absolute joke and a complete and total abuse of the justice system in a lame attempt to influence the election by an absurdly partisan judge. How would you like to be charged with having committed a crime and the cop and the prosecutor never had to tell you what the crime was? If each jury member thought there might be some crime you might have committed you could spend 30 years in jail? Of course, this is just Trump so none of the bootlickers will say anything.

The issue already has had a huge impact on the race. This immigration stuff is no longer just an issue in border states, but showing up in the big cities across the country. Trump support among blacks has risen from about 10 percent four years to around 20 percent today, some polls show as high as 23 percent. The government is pushing blacks out of the lower income housing by giving illegals huge rent subsidies and also treating homeless illegals much better than others. Polls say it is about 2 points. Models say in is 6 percent. Biden is getting crushed in the swing states. The war zones Biden has created in the inner cities is really creating a huge backlash with Democratic core voters. Poor blacks are getting pushed out of their homes while illegal immigrants are getting huge aid to pay for their housing and food. Innercity blacks getting pushed into tent cities in horrible conditions while looking across at all the aid going is creating huge tension which is a powder keg. No way Democrats will be able to hold an in-person convention in Chicago without a huge presence of national gaurd or be under Marshall law.
