You are such a clown when it comes to legal analysis. Every one of the crimes the judge referenced is a federal crime. The New York Code clearly defines crime as a violation of state and local laws. None of the underlying crimes should have even been considered by New York Code. That is one of a hundred gross violations of law this judge allowed.

Temporarily. There are so many Constitutional violations done by in this court that it is impossible to know which one will prevail first.

It is the first trial in history where someone was convicted and we have no idea what crime the person committed. Was it: 1. Tax violations 2. Election interference 3. Campaign finance violation We have a verdict and we have no idea. That is why this case is a complete fraud.
