This corruptness has crept into all of our federal agencies, but for 60 years most of it was stealthy and they tried to keep an appearance of operating within the Constitution. Today they not care. Through mass propaganda they have divided America and created numerous groups they feel are so dependant on their resources they can control. They have villianized ordinary Americans as extremists. The irrational fear of freedom-loving ideas as some kind of fascist agenda is absolutely moronic, but here we are where freedom is feared and the solution is tyranny of Big Brother. The labels of left or right or liberal or conservative or Democrat of Republican confused the issue. We are fighting an authoritarian monster which has evolved from dictatorships, communism and fascism. The elites want to rule in a stealthy manor under the guise of Democracy to avoid getting overthrown and put in the gullitine like the ruthless authoritarian bastards who proceeded them.

Several pro-life clinics have been fire-bombed, but the DOJ is only interested in conservatives who have peacefully protested. In one case 25 heavily-armed FBI raided a pastor's home and arrested him in front of his wife and kids. Turned out he was innocent as it was the guy working for the abortion clinic who went out and provoked physical contact. Our justice system has become so corrupt, I have lost all faith in it.

Knowing removes classified information and storied for decades creating an unknown. amount of spillage. 3. Trump. Trump had legal authority over all the documents. He also has authority to take whatever documents he desires under the Presidential Records Act. Trump's lawyers were negotiating and cooperating with the FBI when they pulled the surprise raid. Fuk Comey and his partisan lies. The fact he staged pictures having the FBI litter the pictures with Top Secret cover sheets that they planted and provided those pictures to media to poison public opinion, proves his is a lying partisan hack who should be fired or impeached.

Here is what the FBI officially determined: From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification.

Because it is not a thing. Recklessly is not an excuse for mishandling of classified documents. It is the exact same crime unless there was disclosure, like Hillary whose servers were hacked.

Probably not because the judge has allowed every piece of dirt to be brought into the case if Trump testifies. The defense was restricted at bringing in negative stuff to protect prosecution witnesses, but no such protection for Trump. This will go down as one of the most biased cases in history which has zero chance of surviving an appeal. But the game is to convict Trumo of a felony before the election and this is the last game in town. Appeals will not be done until after the election so it does not matter.
