  1. New York Code S. 10 defines an 'offense' as a violation of 'any law of this state'. The judge wanting to make a 'criminal offense' include federal election law is clearly out of scope of the S.175.10 'offense' of a fraudulant business record. The prosecution in cahoots with the judge are the real criminals.

    Harrison Butker, geek club hero

The village idiot???? There are at least a dozen of those brainwashed leftards posting here.
  3. And crime is at the lowest levels in history. Inflation is non-existant. The border is under control Ukraine is on the verge of winning our proxy war. Our FBI keeping us safe by hinting down Grandma's who might have entered the Capitol for a few minutes. Democracy is being saved by suppressing the voiced of the deplorables.

Supreme Court thinks 2020 election stolen

It has nothing to do with the outcome, it has to do with their being no checks to make sure votes are legally cast by eligible voters, you focking lowl-life bootlicking dumbass bastard.
  5. What accutately describes this word vomit? A. Delusional B. Retarded C. Brainwashed D. Lunacy E. All the Above
  6. And Saddam and bin Laden preferred if we did not do the Iraq War. Just because we agree with bad people does not mean the effort is a colossal waste of money and human life.
  7. The only justification the Supreme Court has ever approved for such a gag order was to protect the due process of the defendant. Unless Trump was engaging in criminal speech which were direct threats to someone, this gag order is a gross abuse of Trump's rights. Another chunk of rights are disappearing, but it's just Trump.....for now, but this precedent is a horrible one.
  8. The Trump years were by far the most peaceful in the last 75 years.
  9. I would prefer us not to fight proxy or meaningless real wars period. The whole world is a mess, including Iraq, Iran, Ukraine, Israel and others, because of our history of the swamp killing foreign leaders, putting in a puppet government and fighting real wars or proxy wars. Our foreign policy is a complete and total utter disaster which only serves the interest of defense contractors and multi-national corporations
  10. We are fighting a war. That was the point. The $787 billion is the direct costs associated with the war, to get to over a trillion it includes lots of other costs such as interest on the debt.
  11. That is why it is called a proxy war you fuking moron.
  12. We lead the coalition and strong-arm these countries into giving. We have appropriated $175 billion to Ukraine in less than three years. We spend about $800 billion per year on defense, 22 percent is hardly a tiny fraction. In Iraq we appropriated $787 billion to the war over the first 9 years, a bit smaller but still similar annual spending and without the massive costs of deploying our troops.
  13. You are really fuking ignorant. The advice of counsel defense is a common defense if you relied on professional advice you are not considered a criminal. For instance, if you use a tax accountant or call the IRS and rely on their advice you can not be held criminally responsible for taking an illegal deduction. You comment on crap you are completely clueless on.
  14. We are fighting a proxy war in Ukraine by providing all their weapons to them so they can fight. We have been fighting proxy wars utilizing puppet leaders put in place by the CIA since the 1950s. The war machine is tge defense industry and multinational corporations which profit from wars. Liberals understand this, bootlicking leftards don't.
  15. Because the judge rigged the case by: 1. Ruling that if Trump testified it would open the door for the prosecution to bring every piece of dirt on Trump there is. Normally such prejudicial non-relevant evidence is excuded, but this judge used it as a tool to prevent Trump from testifying. 2. Denying Trump to use advice of counsel defense. You are too dumb to understand that is tge real issue as I have made those points before.
  16. You mean submitting alternative electors which has been done several times in the past during disputing elections. Somehow Trump is the only one ever charged with all these supposed crimes. And somehow the FBI/Justice Department/Biden fingerprints are on all these cases.
  17. Yes....bootlickers have nothing to do with political party. Bootlickers eat butt of corrupt establishment authority.
  18. Why would I care to mention Pense or not. He is on the side of the bootlickers too. It is all the same crime of willfully retaining classified documents. Trump arguing that he has the rights to those documents under the Presidential Records Act does not elevate the crime into something else. Unlike Hillary who did actual obstruction of justice by destroying her servers, Trump's refusal to turn over the documents had a well-grounded legal basis. Exercising your legal rights under the law is not obstruction, it is due process.
  19. The doc case is a joke because they did not go after Biden and Hillary for worst offenses of the same crime. Every single one of these cases are being pursued because it is Trump. Keep bootlicking for the authoritarians. This is not about Trump. This is about the very foundation of what America stands for, equal justice for all.
  20. Soros spends $100 million per month brainwashing bootlickers.

    Uninformed people like Trump

I am sure 'smart' Germans read the Völkischer Beobachter.
  22. Another dumbass. If there is so much to go after Trump on, why are they going after him for a memo on some checks written by his assistant for a payment to a lawyer for a legal NDA contract? This case revolves around a memo on a check that no one would ever see.
  23. you dumbshit, you don't even understand the differences in the case. I would not argue the judge was right to do that as that sounds like a bigotted remedy, but in that case Bobby Seale had continuous outbursts in the court room and that was the only way the judge felt the case could go on. Completely different circumstances, which you seem too dumb to comprehend. You always make the most pathetic legal arguments. He was not prevented from speaking outside the courtroom.
  24. This isn't the best brief as the best case is a Fourth Amendmant arguement, but from an absolute enemy of Trump: ACLU Files Brief Arguing Trump Gag Order Violates the First Amendment The history of a gag order has been to protect the defendant. Every case cited by the prosecution were found Consitutional only because it was put in place to protect the defendant's right to a fair trail by limiting negative publicity and information from being released thst would taint the jury.
