Not one person here can point to the crime associated with the 'false' business record. All we get is the bootlicking cultists saying, 'the state of New York says it is!'. There is nothing illegal about it. The only laws which reference election interference concern the prevention of people from voting. Covering up embarrassing details has been done by every candidate who has ever run for office and is called campaigning. If you recall Clinton actually had a war room dedicated to covering up embarrassing details. What is really embarrassing is you belief this is a crime and yet can't point to any law concerning this. When a defender commits pass interference, isn't it because he interferes with the catch before the ball gets there? Gag orders against defendants are absolutely unconstitutional. The authority to issue gag orders come from a case called Sheppard v. Maxwell which the court found that prejudicial publicity prevented the defendant his right to a fair trial. The Supreme Court ruled that the court failed to control gossip by participants which lead to a circus environment which prevent the defenandant's right of due process. It is asnine to use a case which was made to protect the defenandant's due process right to be used to gag the defendant. It is absolutely an abomination of the law which shows a complete lack of understanding of the case or more likely a corrupt motive of the court.

It being heard by what's called the 1st Department in New York, which serves like the Brooklyn and Manhattan area of New York. Apparently oral arguments are not going to start today, but are being re-scheduled by the clerk. You can search on X or YouTube, the lawyer initiating the suit goes under 'Good Lawgic'.

Gag orders against defendants are unconstitutional and have only been upheld in extreme cases. This case has not even remotely met the burden of proof required to strip away Trump's rights. As stated above, there is a lawsuit occurring today which eventually will slap this rogue judge down.

In fact there is a hearing today where judge Merchant is being sued for this highly unConstitutional order. Despite being a slam dunk case, I doubt if a New York court will rule correctly. The judge will eventually get a beat down, probably by the Supreme Court. It is not Trump, the system is set up to castrate the power of the president. The intelligence agencies operate in secret and lie to Presidents to manipulate them. Trump #1 was really ignorant on just how deep the corruption was and had numerous corrupt insiders who sabotaged his presidency. Most people who have worked in DC for too long, have been corrupted by the groupthink of the establishment. The executive branch is 4 million employees with numerous agencies and levels of bureaucracy. Who the president is matters very little. Kennedy was the last president who really tried to clean up the corruption. The intelligence agencies have moved in from assassinations of President's and have moved into using endless scandals to keep President's powerless.
