If Trump wanted to accomplish something, he would get someone like Robert Barnes who understands the level of corruption and how to fix it. There are too many potential backstabbers on his current list.

There are only three artists who have sold 100 million records as part of a group and as a solo act. Phil is one of them. -
“I Can’t Breathe” Yet another black man dies at the hands of police
jonmx replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
And to apply my above theory to this propaganda war on local police departments....why does the media hype up these killings by local police? Because local police departments are run by locally elected sheriffs who are not inside the inner circle of our federal bureaucracies. The ultimate goal on these attacks on the integrity of our local police is to lead to legislation which puts local police under federal power to 'save' us from this 'crisis' of racism by police. Local police will then be answerable to the elite ruling class and they will have little concern for the people they serve. It is all about empowering bootlickers who do the work of the rich elitist bastards and creating a rogue government which has no Constitutional restrictions. -

And income inequity is just a symptom of the problem. Our problem is our institutions have become too powerful and too corrupt. For instance, the biggest factor which drives the federal reserve descion-making process are wage increases. If the economy is too strong which supports wage increases, it triggers rate increases to slow down the economy and keep wages low. We are allowing all these unelected unregulated institutions to make the most important rules and regulations which control our everyday lives far more than what our Congress does. Shoot, even when our Congress passes laws, it is usually written by these corrupt institutions which hide a bunch of power-grabbing initiatives deep inside these bills. It may sound crazy as it blows away the paradigm that has been engraved into the heads of Americans, but we are being manipulated and controlled by millions of unelected government and corporate bureaucrats who themselves a controlled by the elite ruling class. Our elected government is mostly a mirage whose powers have been largely taken away by these bureaucracies. That is the core truth to what is wrong with this country. We need to reign in these government and corporate bureaucracies and empower our elected officials to regain control and to have oversight so that these agencies are answerable to the American people. -

I understand you have no idea. There are systemic institutional problems, but racism ain't one. The systemic problem with the institutions is they have unchecked powers and are incentivized to endlessly grow out of control. Our courts have become a rubber stamp for them. It is your elitist ideology which sees nothing wrong with it and your failure to understand how it is an affront to our Constitution. -

Ok...so at least you tried here. But what exactly was Cohen's crime? Your statements make no sense. When you make a payment, it is never income. A bookkeepers note on a check makes no difference to how Cohen classifies his income. If Cohen receives payments of $420k from Trump and pays Stormy $120k, the he must show $300k of income. That is on him to do. The idea that some note on a check must include all of Cohen's expenses is preposterous. There is no fraud. All parties involved recieved exactly what they agreed to. -

Why would anyone acknowledge such a load of crap. The institutional bigotry that is extremely prevalent today is against freedom-loving Americans, which you refuse to acknowledge. You refuse to acknowledge the clear goal of our institutions is to wipe out the Constitution and gain complete control over the people through massive regulation. Institutions wish to control: 1. Speech and narrative ('the truth). 2. Education (brainwashing) 3. Health (what is available and who can access it) 4. Commerce (where you must buy goods) 5. Transportation (what type is used, track your movement, and permissions) 6. Food supply and consumption (elimination of small farms and control food production) 7. Energy and consumption. 8. Policing (elimination of self-defense) 9. Courts (eliminatiin of the checks on institutional powers) We are on the brink of becoming an authoritarian society. And yes, it is a conspiracy. By definition, institutions operate as a conspiracy. They conspire to increase their power over society. -

Yes. My comprehension of the law is quite good. I ran rings around numerous lawyers at FBG on numerous cases including Trayvon Martin and Kyle Rittenhouse. -

And yet I just explained to you the flaws in the case perfectly. A judge has enough discretion to ignore the law and give terrible instructions to the jury to secure a conviction. It will get overturned on appeal. But the goal is to take Trump down before the election, they do not care of it is under a fraudulent twisting of the law. -

LOL...that is the most circular convoluted bullshit ever. To buy into that ridiculous theory, you would have to believe that: 1. The business record was fraudulent. It is not, but let's say it is. No one was actually defrauded. 2. That somehow that note on a check in January 2017 somehow prevented Hillary from being elected in November 2016. Without any time travel magic, the assertion is impossible. So what would have to be proven is somehow the money Cohen paid to Stormy was illegal, but that is not what is being alledged. There was nothing about a bookkeeping note in 2017 which in anyway was done to prevent Hillary's election in 2016, which BTW is a federal election and not a state election. -

My credentials is the ability to read and understand English. As citizens, we are required to know and follow the law. The New York law os written in English and is as follows: § 175.10 Falsifying business records in the first degree. A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof. Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony. My ability to read and comprehend the phrase "and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime" in the context, allows me to properly interpret a very straight forward requirement. -

jonmx replied to squistion's topic in The Geek Club
Of course he knows it. He has quoted the law several times and has acknowledged that to be a felony there has to be another crime involved. This is not something you can 'disagree' with. It is the simple language in the NY law that this preposterous legal theory is based on. The fraudulent business record elevates to a felony only if some other crime was committed. What is the other crime. -

jonmx replied to squistion's topic in The Geek Club
Exactly what law does that violate? That is the million dollar question that no one can answer. There is nothing illegal about paying hush money and signing non-disclosure agreements. It is done every day of the week, written up by lawyers, 100 percent legal. Now if Trump had use campaign funds to do so, it would potentially have violated campaign finance laws. But he did not, and was not charged after the feds investigated. -

You are such a moron. None of thst establishes any crime required by the statue. You know this, but you like the lying brainwash retard you are, you post this crap which does not answer the question.. -
No, we have bootlicking leftist morons saying Trump wants to be a dictator. The context is the exact opposite. Trump wants to destroy the corrupt chains that out institutions have bound the American citizens with. Trump wants to free the American people from the authoritarian state with their rogue government instituitions and their corporate monopoly minions which has used fear to erect the infrastructure to spy on and control its citizens 24/7. That is the context you fuking lying dufuss.

Well, you are also blind too. It could not have been clearer that someone like Rittenhouse was attacked and was absolutely defending himself, but you wanted him prosecuted despite the overwhelming evidence of his innocence. You always believe the white guy is guilty despite overwhelming evidence. Ferguson, Rittenhouse and Zimmerman...throw in Duke Lacross and dozens of other cases. Always the white people at fault no matter what the evidence shows. -

People who resist arrests and are drugged up and out of control are treated differently. If this guy was white, he would get the exact same treatment and probably worse. White people probably make up about half of whatever BS stat they quote, but the media would not give 5 seconds to some drugged out white dude who died in custody while resisting arrest. It would just be good riddance to that bastard. The two-tiered justice in this country fuking makes me mad as hell. People are people you fuking idiot.
