  1. There are reporters in the court room and it is widely reported. A potential juror repeats leftist talking points and MSNBC wonders why they think she is a leftist. Gee, I don't know....
  2. Since MSNBC says so you believe it? Because some leftist snowflake says she is afraid of pressure from her friends it is somehow FoxNews intimidating jurors. Your are brainwashed.
  3. I see you are quadrupling down on being retarded. It's a bold strategy, squisy.
  4. You are one if the dumbest MFers there are. I gave you the controlling case which sets the precedent for a court setting a gag order. Because you are so fuking stupid not to see how it covers this case is not my problem. Go fuk yourself idiot.

    RFK jr. Announces run

RFK jr. hired a very good lawyer that is helping him jump through the hoops to get on the ballot in all 50 states. RFK jr. was really about to give up, which is why he was considering the Libertarian ticket. But this lawyer helped turn the effort around. The Biden team has offered this lawyer millions to stop helping RFK jr., a lucrative job and a possible SC appointment. These are the slimey games played by corrupt establishment who don't give a crap about Democracy. The same folks offered Kari Lake $3 million to step out of the Senate race now that she has a real chance to win. The level of corruption is far more than we know.
  6. 1. The Supreme Court not hearing a case is not any statement from the court about the legitimacy of the case. It means the court simply does not have the time or the compelling interest to hear the case. 2. The principle of free speech whether a lawyer or the client bears no meaning to the ruling. Besides the very non-case that you provided also had to do with a lawyer. 3. I never said unlimited. Once again you lie and make a strawman I provided a case where there was an actual ruling and the legal precedent that was decided. You make a meaningless point about a case the Court decided not to rule on. Once again you prove to be an idiot.
  7. I never said it can not be limited. But there are very specific requirements which must be met, which none of Trump's statements came even remotely close to meeting. The controlling ruling is in the link below: https://www.scotusblog.com/archives/Reasonable/05-1505.pdf The court explained that a gag order must meet “the clear and present danger test.” Id. at 600. The court stated: “Such a threat must be specific, not general. It must be much more than a possibility or a 'reasonable likelihood' in the future. Trump made no threat. Pointing out the judge's daughter has an interest in a positive outcome of this case because she has raised $90 million for the Biden's administration (specifically Kamala) by advertising for Trump's conviction, is not a threat. It is a fact. Pointing out a clear conflict of interest relating to a judge is a legal arguement. New York has completely ignored the US Supreme Court precedent and just made-up an exception to apply to Trump.

Who here still supports Jan 6 attack?

Trump can not send the National Guard to locations he lacks jurisdiction, which is most anywhere inside this country. Trump offered them, and the Mayor and Pelosi turned it down due to 'optics'.
  9. Fun fact, that was a new standard made up by the courts in New York specifically for Trump. The Supreme Court has said the exact opposite. Your points are always so fuking ignorant. And BTW, Trump has made no threats towards anyone and especially not the jury.
  10. Institutions are fine until they become extremely corrupted. Once Institutions start to routinely suppress the voices of dissent, they no longer are deserving of respect. Without transparency and oversight, Institutions quickly become corrupt. It does not matter if it is the Catholic Church or the National Institute of Health, over time the corruption grows until those institutions become evil. The sins of lust and greed prevail in darkness. Our institutions are in desparate need of a reset. I put far more thought into this than you have, whose mind has been endlessly lied to by those very institutions you blindly trust.
  11. You complete and total love for authoritarian censorship has been noted for th 29,373rd time. What is it you love about America? It certainly is not freedom. You love power of the institutions.

From the Heart of Trump Country

Toothless freedom-loving redneck >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Brainwashed bootlicking leftists. History is full of people who bow down to authoritarian masters. America was different for a while. We used to have citizens with spines. Now leftists bow down to their corrupt institutions so they get their bread crumbs. Fuking idiots.
  13. JFC, your head filled with pigeon poo. There are three polls listed in your approved sources which show more than 17 percent...(19, 20, and 28). 17 percent was on the low end of what polls show.
  14. You are an idiot. New York Times. Terrance Woodbury, a Democratic pollster, whose polling has found a nearly 30-point gap in support for Democrats among Black voters 18 to 49 years old relative to Black voters over 50. CBS Black voter support for Trump up from 4% to 23%, poll finds President Biden secured overwhelming support from Black voters in the 2020 election, but a recent New York Times/Siena College poll shows support for former President Trump among Black voters has risen 19 points in the last four years. Puck News writer Baratunde Thurston joined CBS News to discuss why. NY Mag Both national and battleground state public polls consistently show Trump, at this point, drawing more support from Black and Hispanic voters than any Republican nominee since at least 1960. When The New York Times/Siena College, NBC News, Wall Street Journal and CBS News/YouGov all released national polls a few days apart earlier this month, each of them found Trump winning from 20% to 28% of Black voters and 45% to 48% of Hispanic voters. That’s far more than the 12% of Black, and 32% of Hispanic, voters he won in 2020, according to the Edison Research exit polls...

    Twirly Legs

Extremely educational. Life changing information. Now I feel I can have much deeper conversations with these gals about their techniques.
  16. Historically that is a huge shift towards a Republican. Democrats would get up to 95% of the black vote accounting for over 1/3 of their vote total. Of course you know that, just have to be an idiot
  17. Latest polls show 17 percent of Black voters would vote for former president today – more than twice the number in 2016.

Who here still supports Jan 6 attack?

Well there are three which some of the most important in this term. 1. Keeping Trump off the ballot won at every level and was declared an iron-clad ruling by the media experts. Slapped down 9-0 by the Supreme court. 2. Yesterday, the court heard the case about obstruction of official proceedings being applied to the Jan 6 rioters along with Trump. 14 of 15 judges on the lower level says it was a correct application. That is going to get smacked down by 7-2. 3. None of the lower courts thought the President held immunity after they leave office, even for official acts. This Supreme Court will unamaniously overturn those idiotic rulings, the only question is what limits is put on it. The lower courts have been corrupted taken over by TDS.

    Trump/Biden in a Nutshell

Biden has even cheated by selling off our oil reserves so we are down from around 700 million barrels under Trump to around 300 million barrels today. We are now dangerously at the mercy of being dependant up foreign oil down to about on 2 weeks supply.

    Trump/Biden in a Nutshell

I said war. Biden has us on the brink of war on at least two fronts and probably three. The world has not been in this much chaos since WWII.

  23. Did you read you article. It says so right there: Several months later, after federal prosecutors said in a court filing that they had “effectively concluded” their investigation without bringing additional charges Federal authorities thoroughly investigated the case and concluded there were no violations on Trump's part. So then the state went into action and found obscure laws about fraudulent records that they could possibly charge Trump on, due to some questionable notes on check stubs. The problem is they had to link these so-called fraudulent records to some felony. The whole case revolves around insisting that Trump's payments were felony violations of campaign laws, which the feds have already concluded that it wasn 't. The case is a complete farse and this NY judge is playing along.
