Have a friend on FB that I don't even know much at all that wants to end his life, I told him people care and Christ cares and gave him the 988 number and told him just to talk to someone. What else can you do ?

No that is my cousin that took his life, not on his EX and they was broke up for years and both good after. But that is the EX this dude is with now and maybe she pissed him off today on his Birthday.I think this dude has issues before he meant her and really don't want to mention what else he said in his post.

I hate to hear people feeling that way and guys might remember my post about 4 years back when my Cousin and very close friend took their lives with in two weeks apart.

Agreed about Holidays and barely know him and don't know his number.

I don't know him and accepted him as a friend like two months ago when he sent me a request. Today is his Birthday and wished him one earlier and then this public post a few hours later. Hoping he just had to much to drink.

Don't know much about him at all and is dating my Cousins EX wife.

When I started back after quitting 2.5 years I had horrible hangover and never had one that bad since I was young.

Sadly yes that is it and I'm at 5 days a week but cutting into my gym time and don't like that.

The Hangovers hurt more then the used to!
