Ok so I'm around 5'9 162 lbs pretty tone ,cut arms, shoulders, chest, rear delts and have a 4 pack but dang still have some side rolls and love handles. Nothing real bad but think I'd have to go down to around 150 lbs to lose them. So how much back fat are you carrying ?
