If by draft time the ESPN FF league does NOT get the final slot filled, can the league team settings for number of teams be changed to 11 and can the league still 'run'? Would it have a bye week? -

Fairly static and I'm hoping by expanding to 12 teams the activity gets going better, chats, message board, etc. -
