Davante practicing in full on Wednesday. That is a remarkable turnaround for a guy who just missed the past two weeks with an *injury*.

I’m almost in the exact situation as you and feel the same way about Aubrey. Reluctant to cut and play one K down. I’m 5-1 with an estimated 18 point advantage heading into Week 7 so I can afford to be a bit ballzy. I posted something similar and got interesting feedback. One suggested I cut my TE 2 Kraft. I’m reluctant being as my TE 1 is Pitts. Tweedle di, tweedle dum. The other suggested I cut my backup QB Geno, who’s ranked #5 in total points this far. My #1 QB is Lamar. I hold a bevy of RBs, Tank, Tracy, Chase, Najee and BRob. My #1 is Henry. The others function as RB2 and Flex, depending on matchups, byes and injuries. Anyway….so far I’m playing short. I just moved into #1 WW so if I dropped him I’m guaranteed to get him back. The Q is, do I want to waste my #1 WW on Aubrey or go with his replacements/streamers? All things being equal, with the acquisition of Amari, Shakir could be dropped for a K. But no I’m not dropping Aubrey.

Aubrey K, Dallas on a Week 7 bye. He’s been indispensable even with a middling to poor Dallas O. Benches are shallow and have some top end talent occupying that bench, Geno, Tracy, Chase B, Tank, Najee , Mooney and Kraft. I’m concerned that if I drop Aubrey and replace him with the likes of say a Boswell, Reinhard or McLaughlin, someone else will grab him with the #1 WW claim. I think he’s a rare commodity and could see that owner blowing his #1 on Aubrey. I’m considering leaving Aubrey in as a vacant kicker and playing short. I’m 5-1 and a 16 point favorite v my week 7 opponent. Thoughts?

You ranked ‘em top to bottom.

He’ll still have the *benefit* of having Watson as his QB. Now if famous Jameis Winston were to eventually get a shot…

Need to see if the Sean Tucker experience was a legit breakout or a one hit wonder. The game was out of hand when Tucker did most of his damage. The Saints had already thrown in the towel. Bucky still had 105 yards plus a TD while the game still mattered, so he isn’t going anywhere. RWhite is still amongst the game’s best pass receiving backs, sans Eckler and Kamara. That skillset isn’t going anywhere either.

Davante is not gonna break the Curse of Joe Willie.

Wonder who Robert Saleh was rooting for tonight?
-
Mixon for me.
-
Have a plethora of RBs to use tomorrow Week 6 in a PPR. Mixon @ NE Montgomery @ Dallas Dowdle v Detroit Tracy v Cincinnati Bucky @ NO Mixon’s first game back concerns me with Pierce being 100% Not sure of the workload Monty is in a perennial time share with Gibbs The remaining 3 have the workload seemingly to themselves Need two

Yes I just saw that.

If Nabers doesn’t play, I’d expect Tracy to get some looks and targets out of the backfield, being a former WR. Although I believe Gray did out target him last week. But that was before the fumble.

Trey Sermon (collarbone) did not practice Wednesday, as per Rotoworld. Haven’t seen any news about Thursday’s practice thus far.
-
Sermon missed Thurs Practice. Might wanna get a jump on the maddening crowds are grab Goodson, JIC. Actulally like Dowdle this week. Yes Detroit tough v run but Prescott needs to keep Hutchinson from taking his head off and will use Dowdle as much as he can. Dowdle also fluent in the passing game as he caught a long TD last week.

Was seen at practice on Thursday. The report didn’t say if he did anything but at least he’s not in the Witness Protection program, fwiw.

They’re available in my 12 T. Would you swap out Da Bears v Jax in London for Titans or even Chargers @ Denver?
-
Superflex: 12 team Love, who has since returned and Tua. Mixon Kupp and Devonta who is returning this week.
-
I’m sitting Rashid for Tolbert. Having a strong arm (Rattler) doesn’t always translate into downfield competitions. You may or may not remember a QB named Joe Gilliam?
-
Looks like Jake is the backup with the ‘Aints announcing Rattler the starter.

Aside from Henry as my #1 RB v Wash, which is a lock unless he gets hurt during training this week , I need a 2nd RB and possibly a third for my flex. BRob @ Balt coming off an abbreviated 7 touch week, albeit 2 TDs looks less than stellar considering Eckler is back and McNichols looks like he’s grabbing touches from both BRob and Eckler. Najee @ LV v the 28th rush D looks like it should be a lock but Najee hasn’t done much with his unfettered touches including zero TDs. Tank @ Chi doesn’t leave me warm and fuzzy and unfortunately ETN is still around. Chase Brown @Giants could be my guy if I knew for certain Moss wasn’t suiting up. TTracy v Cincy is my newest BFF and won both games for me that I was able to grab and start him in last week. So it’s hard to go against his and my success. Would you start any of the aforementioned over Goodwin at Fkex (PPR). Currently have Najee as RB2 and Tracy over Godwin at Flex. Sun god and Devonta are my #1 & #2 WRs.

Dallas is on a bye Week 7 but it looks like it could be a shootout v the #31 pass defense Detroit. I grabbed Tolbert off WW myself and starting him over the likes of WR3 types, MWilson, Jeudy, Pierce and the recently QB-less Rasheed.

This is their umpteenth head coach/firing. It won’t matter. The curse of Joe Willie will continue until such a time when he expires. Until then…more of the same for pro sports most cursed franchise.
