So much for the play your studs rant. Looks like it wasn’t the craziest question on the board now, was it?
-
As a life long Jets fan, no I’m not braggin’, I’ve come to the realization years ago, that as long as the Curse of Joe Willie is alive and well, meaning Joe Namath is alive and well, the Jets will never win. Prove me wrong and have the Jets go to a SB while Joe Namath is alive. I’ll wait.

Thinking of scooping Taysom up in the event Kittle can’t go. TE ww surprisingly barren.
-
Likely likely the guy. Sorry, tried to be funny.
-
PPR. Aiyuk with a hobbled Kittle, in the event Kittle does play, portends to get more looks. Theoretically even more so if Kittle sits. Or the ever present alpha Diontae Johnson, with the new and improved Pickens slated for a bigger role?
-
I like your Jerome Ford call. Run first team, with an excellent run block O line. Ford can catch the ball out of the backfield too, something Chubb doesn’t excel at. If Chubb gets hurt, Ford catapults to near RB1 territory.
-
Ty Chandler. With Mattison being given the keys to the car, someone has to step into the backup role that Mattison performed for Cook. The jury is still out on whether or not Mattison is capable of being that 18+ touch feature back.

Olave. Hope the author doesn’t mind me piggybacking off his post, but while we’re at it. I’ll ask the same Q with different players Aiyuk @ Pittsburgh with a banged up Kittle or Dionte v SF? PPR. Thanks.

Sutton with an iffy Jeudy

Kelce schmelce. These Lions have absolutely, positively no answer for Mahomes on defense. Better off watching Huntchinson's mother. A real MILF.
-
Jamal Williams, who looks like the only healthy RB in the NO backfield vs the #2 run defense in Tennessee. Isiah Pacheco, could be more more involved than normal without a Kelce to hog up touches. Rashaad White, looks like TB’s bellcow vs a susceptible Minnesota. Najee Harris. This season’s primary fade by many of the so called *experts*. Not to mention he’s facing the #1 run D v SF. So who is my sit? Or would you sit two and pencil in Elijah Moore v Cincy, Treylon Burks @ NO ( playing catch-up), or Jax Smith- v Rams? Thanks.

PPR-Need 2 of 6 for flex-Akers, Pacheco, Pierce, Sanders, J. Williams or Waller

Waller and Javonte, who should see stressless touches v the Raiders. -
How soon , if ever, does Clayton Tune get to start?
-
KC just activated a practice squad TE, Matt Bushman. FWIW

Not crazy at all. The Jets secondary would drive anyone nuts. The only downside in using Lawrence is they jump out early and run the entire second half.
-
Keeper league, superflex. Already own Fields and Tua. Three QB roster spots must be filled via auction. I’ve already got two. Safe play, Mike White as Tua’s backup, or go with an upside QB, like one of the 3 rookies or Howell, Pickett types?
-
Much to my surprise and chagrin, Mike White was picked in the auction part of the draft. I was hoping he’d make it to the waiver wire, where I had a punchers chance (12th and last pick). I’ve already engaged the White owner about a possible deal. Preliminarily we’re talking his Howell ($10) and White ($1) for my Love ($16) +. I have 3 ww additional QBs whom I grabbed off ww for a $5 price tag each. Tune, Trask and O’Connell. All three should see action at some point I’m hoping (Jimmy G injury?).
-
I grabbed Love for $16 as opposed to Pickett’s eventual price tag of $20. We shall see if the $4 was worth it.
-
Goff and a cheap play Marvin Jones.
-
Everyone seems to be down on Najee this year. The guy got stronger in the 2nd half when coincidentally Pickett did as well. I think he’s a steal at 3/4. Hopefully Warren gets his 8-10 touches thereby giving Najee a much needed respite. If the Steelers are indeed a team to be reckoned with, then I see Najee as a major cog in that juggernaut.
-
Good bit of advice on the Mike White situation. The upside QB I’m looking at is Love, but Pickett or Howell will do as well.
-
I play in a Superflex auction. You need one of the top 9 as your #1 after that. If you’re picking late round one, they very well could all be gone. Then you’ll have to pivot to the Cousins’, Dark’s and G3no’s of the world as your #1. Third QB is usually a handcuff at that point. As a Tua owner, I made sure to grab Mike White as my #3 QB.
-
Van Jefferson might be a nice contrarian play.
-
Tua and his agent have decided to pull an *Aaron Judge* and bet on himself. Tua could’ve taken a package in light of the big Lamar contract, but didn’t. That makes me feel confident that Tua feels confident in his abilities and health to roll the dice.
