Jason Aldean’s "Try That In A Small Town" Censored And Accused Of ‘Pro-Lynching' Themes

Touche. Sometimes context does matter a little bit. But at the end of the day nowhere near the worst thing i've seen in a music video. -
You should, it's funny.
-
Lol, I don't know what that was. Damn phone, I cleaned it up. You listen to today's show?
-
Shapiro's show today was quite entertaining. It took him about 45 sec to also describe the reaction the last couple weeks over that other movie. "Peeleing" what a knob.
-
You are confused, they tell you that because they don't like seeing yours.
-
Correct, and Barbie was 1 hour shorter. A different demographic that isn't split between 5 films doesn't hurt, either.
-
By the way, this is so much funnier of a post after you wwnt silent after getting called out for only caring about some child trafficking.
-
Oh, I know where it started. It's stupid and weird, like his glory hole shtick.
-
0 chance with you. That would require you not posting the same shtick in threads and providing an opinion on topics.
-
Whatever man, at least this dumb "why do you care?" shtick in every other thread is better than your DNC and glory hole nonsense. Never change, gb.
-
Well, I think what people are doing is not what you are implying they "care" about, and mostly you look like a dumbass in the process of posting those multiple posts. That's why I asked you what YOU thought they cared about or why they are posting.
-
Use your brain and common sense for a change - what exactly do you think people like Hawk, me, or others "care" about when posting in these threads?
-
More likely he is the Tooth Fairy or something like that in an episode - not surprising, it's just a pic and not a video with context. We are digging deep with The Muppet Babies though - I have 2 kids, and I didn't know that was a thing still.

You guys seem to have trouble parsing out what I think vs. what I am saying I've seen the complaints being. Yes, riots and lynchings happened, but the point is - the artist chose those depictions to be in the video. Even if I find something ill-advised or understand why people might take issue with it, at NO TIME are you going to catch me saying it should be banned, censorsed, or people don't have the right to voice their opinions. I mostly find the reactions funny. Please don't tell me that they knew in 2023 that those images might be contentious and provacative. -
Yes, that was a reason to not like Barbie and the brand. They did good things like having different careers and things like that, part of the backlash was because of the unrealistic body type. They even did f0cked up things like a Sleepover Barbie that had a scale stuck at 110 and had a book that just read "don't eat" with it. I was listening to an interview with Gerwig, and she also said as much - she loved playing with them, but her mom hated having them in the house.

Why do you care? Why do you care that I care? Why do you care that I care that you care?

And mostly what I saw is the song wasn't causing as much uproar as the video and its depictions. -
They tend to think that about thin-skinned dudes that yell a lot.
-
I think he is totally underrated and like him in just about everything - Drive to Nice Guys to BR 2049 to Crazy Stupid Love. Don't forget Remember the Titans too! My favorites that few have seen are a couple of this first movies The Believer and Half Nelson.
-
Drive is one of my favorites of his. The biggest complaint at I got at the store was from dudes that thought they were renting Die Hard. But as you found out with the book, it's a bit slower and cinematic than a typical heist/action movie.

Probably that their pants got a little tighter seeing Gosling as Ken. It terrified them.
