For the record, you're wrong, again. The money was to go into HSA accounts. That requires a higher deductible plan (which you think is chitter), but a HSA is a great wealth building tool and the preferred plan for smart and healthy people. Even more so if the government were to cover the cost of that deductible. Two fold if you don't get sick and need to use it.
