I haven't looked specifically at the Superbox, because I don't have the need to, but a bunch of these just have an IPTV service installed. And instead of a monthly subscription they get the equivalent of years worth of subcription in the price of the box. And then that's why you hear that they just stop working after awhile. If you know where to look you can get a free IPTV service. Others cost ~ $10/mo. And a paid for one will include 18,000 channels or so around the world with 4,000 or so in the US. All PPV and on demand included. But it's on the fringe of being illegal so the services pop into and out of existence all the time. Personally I just find the free ones and I haven't had any issue watching anything I want for over a decade now. On a firestick.
