Let's forget for a minute that Politifact is a lefty clickbait rag that is responsible for fact checking hot takes like "It's incorrect to call a transgender woman a man". Your gotcha fact check was labeled "Half Truth". A far cry from "she did nothing wrong". Lets see why they labeled it as "Half Truth": 1 - Harris didn't actually prosecute the guy. A deputy of hers did. Doh! 2 - The appellate court didn't find that Harris's team framed the guy. It was a civil case brought up that did and they awarded him 13 million for being framed. Duh, Doh! She's more powerful than her opponent, but, I don't know if I've ever seen better coaching or I should say a fighter listening to the coaching to keep her out of trouble on the ground against a dangerous grappler.
