  1. Feds prevented over 160 people on terror watchlist from crossing US borders illegally — highest total ever recorded: DHS ....Federal law enforcement stopped 160 people listed on the terror watch list from entering the US illegally at America’s borders this fiscal year — the highest number ever — government statistics reveal....The worrying number is a huge increase on the 98 of potentially dangerous assailants nabbed last year as thousands of people continue to flood into the country both legally and illegally, often with little to show by way of identifying papers. The names and identities of those on the list is a closely guarded secret as revealing them could cause diplomatic incidents with rogue states, tip off terrorists and cartels about US border strategy or invite retribution thus posing a grave threat to national security, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).....“Terrorists and criminal actors may exploit the elevated flow and increasingly complex security environment to enter the United States,” the DHS admitted in its annual Homeland Threat Assessment report. The number of people on the watch list trying to enter the country through the US’s northern border with Canada and southern border with Mexico has exploded since Pres. Joe Biden took office.....Many have tried to hide among the unprecedented numbers of people arriving at international borders, which included 2.5 million arriving at the border this year, 2.7 million last year and 1.9 million in 2021, according to US Customs and Border Protection, for whom the fiscal year ends in September... https://nypost.com/2023/09/15/160-people-on-terror-watch-list-stopped-at-us-border-in-2023/

When @RogerDodger talks about "lost all reason and reality", he's very likely discussing crap like you dancing on the graves of American citizens for your pure tribalism. You spend about 95 percent of your posts trolling people, mocking them, spitting on them and being intentionally obtuse, but now you want to decide when you should be treated by others as having a "serious discussion" You act like a clown and so that's how people are going to always treat you. You brought that onto yourself. You are exactly right in that "you can't have it both ways" You can't spend nearly your entire time on these forums slinging your regular bullsh!t at people then suddenly act surprised when they continue to treat you like a pure unhinged zealot trying to dish out endless punchlines. Look at your own words. You don't sound like someone who would mourn old women and children who were slaughtered. 5. Israel rave attack survivor says she hid under dead bodies for 7 hours ....A music festival reveler who was at the rave in Israel when Hamas terrorists infiltrated and began killing partygoers was able to survive by hiding for seven hours under the bodies of those who were killed in the attack.....Lee Sasi was attending the all-night rave that drew in a crowd of about 3,000, mostly young Israelis, when Hamas launched their surprise attack Saturday morning, sending festival attendees running for their lives and taking cover in orchards as gunfire rang out for hours. Sasi and about 35 others had taken cover in a bomb shelter when they were discovered by Hamas fighters, who began shooting into the bunker at random.....Sasi was one of 10 people who survived the horrifying attack by hiding under dead bodies for hours... https://nypost.com/2023/10/09/israel-rave-attack-survivor-says-she-hid-under-dead-bodies-for-7-hours/

  7. Why Are Biden Officials Deleting Tweets Calling for Israeli Restraint? ....The Biden administration has sparked backlash for posting and then deleting tweets that called for a ceasefire between Israel and Palestine.....On Saturday, before the conflict really escalated, Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to discuss a solution. Blinken then shared a statement on X, formerly Twitter, saying he “encouraged Turkey’s advocacy for a ceasefire and the release of all hostages by Hamas immediately.”....He quickly deleted the post and replaced it with a statement that said only, “Israel has the right to defend itself, rescue any hostages, and protect its citizens.” ....Blinken’s fast 180 was the second time the State Department backtracked on a statement calling for Israeli restraint.....Hours after the initial attack, the State Department’s Office of Palestinian Affairs said on X that it “unequivocally condemned the attack of Hamas terrorists and the loss of life that has incurred. We urge all sides to refrain from violence and retaliatory attacks. Terror and violence solve nothing.”....The office soon deleted the post and shared a statement saying only that it “unequivocally” condemned the attack. Hamas said Monday that it would be open to discussing a truce or “something of that sort” with Israeli officials. The group said it had “achieved its targets.” https://newrepublic.com/post/176090/state-department-blinken-delete-tweets-ceasefire-israel-gaza-palestine
  8. SOCIAL MEDIA – A TOOL FOR TERRORISM? ......The post 9-11 “War on Terror” era is characterized by the parallel ascension of social media. Social media has become a strategic tool to communicate and enact terrorism, thereby revolutionizing its impact. It has also been a key medium in the rise of radicalization and the dissemination of online extremist content around the world. This has offered terrorists groups the unprecedented ability to disseminate images and sentiments at a rapid pace to a borderless audience..... 90% of all 18-29 year-olds in the United States (US) used social media, followed by 78% of adults aged 30-49. [1] The direct accessibility to these audiences and the ease of which their attention can be garnered by a few taps on a phone or computer, highlights the possible reach of terrorism propaganda and media....In 2013 and 2014 social media networks such as Twitter overtook internet forums as the preferred space for Jihadist propaganda. Jihadi groups are known to use mainstream media platforms like Twitter and Facebook to post their content and create sponsored accounts where they release news statements and videos. ......The instantaneous nature of social media networks also allow for the immediate, almost real-time viewings of terrorist attacks and their aftermath, which can deliver maximum impact of fear. The 2013 Westgate Mall hostage crisis in Nairobi is an example of how the terrorist group Al-Shabaab used Twitter to narrate their attack while it was occurring and share an alternate perspective to challenge the accounts of those witnessing the terrorist attack from the outside. [5] Al-Shabaab and its supporters were able to garner worldwide mainstream media attention, and broadcasted their attack through engagement on Twitter. [6] Therefore, social media texts and images have become a strategic part of the terrorist attacks as well..... .....Propaganda has always been central in communicating terrorism. Perhaps the most central accomplishment of Al Qaeda on 9/11 was not killing several thousand people, but rather instilling fear in millions of people worldwide through the reports and images of the attacks, and the creating a blueprint for modern terrorist practices.....The borderless flow of information enabled by social media has been utilized as a tool by terrorist groups to spread their messages globally, facilitate online social communities and spread fear and disruption. Terrorists have been highly adaptable to changes in how their messages are disseminated around the world. In order to keep pace with the evolution of terrorist strategy, states and social media networks must adapt their counter-terrorism measures to meet these inevitable challenges..... https://thesecuritydistillery.org/all-articles/social-media-a-tool-for-terrorism
  9. Nikki Haley broke with Trump. It could make her a Jewish GOP favorite in 2024. .....Nikki Haley has finally and decisively broken with Donald Trump in a move that puts her at the front of the potential Republican presidential pack for moderate conservatives, including pro-Israel Jews who mainly stuck with the party over the past four years because of Trump’s foreign policy.....“We need to acknowledge he let us down,” Haley said. “He went down a path he shouldn’t have, and we shouldn’t have followed him, and we shouldn’t have listened to him. And we can’t let that ever happen again.”.....She has also been a star among pro-Israel Republicans for her pledge as U.N. ambassador to “take names” of countries that go against the United States when it backs Israel..... ....Many GOP Jews will be happy with Haley’s decision and could help her with her presidential ambitions....Haley made fighting anti-Israel policy the centerpiece of her United Nations tenure, removing the United States from the U.N. Human Rights Council because it focused an uneven amount of energy on Israel. She also took the lead in the U.S. decision to cut funding for UNRWA, the U.N.-affiliated body that assists Palestinian refugees, and which Republicans say is perpetuating the conflict. (President Joe Biden plans to reverse both policies.)....Her frontline pro-Israel advocacy has made her extremely popular at the annual American Israel Public Affairs Committee conference, where she always earned the loudest cheers — the mere mention of her name by another speaker guaranteed applause.... ....She has a very warm relationship with Jewish Republican groups, including the Republican Jewish Coalition (at an RJC event last July, Haley urged Jewish voters to ignore Trump’s coarse conduct and focus on the “results” his policies have yielded).....Jewish Republicans are disillusioned with Trump after the Jan. 6 riot, which attracted explicit displays of anti-Semitism. Fundraising among Jewish donors ahead of 2024 likely will be a hard slog for any presidential candidate who is Trump-adjacent....Haley’s 2019 political autobiography, “With All Due Respect,” includes a chapter — and chunks elsewhere in the book — on Israel policy, including her battles with then-Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, whom she depicts as resistant to her advice to quit UNRWA.... https://www.jta.org/2021/02/12/politics/nikki-haley-broke-with-trump-it-could-make-her-a-jewish-gop-favorite-in-2024
  10. Nikki Haley blasts Biden admin over $6B hostage deal with Iran in light of Hamas attack on Israel .....Republican presidential aspirant Nikki Haley on Sunday tore into Secretary of State Antony Blinken for denying any link between the Biden administration’s prisoner swap deal that unfroze $6 billion in Iranian assets and Hamas’ assault on Israel. “.... it was irresponsible for Secretary Blinken to say that the $6 billion doesn’t weigh in here,” Haley told NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday.....“I mean let’s be honest with the American people and understand that Hamas knows and Iran knows they’re moving money around as we speak because they know $6 billion is going to be released.” The $6 billion derived from Iranian oil revenue has been locked up in South Korean accounts due to international sanctions. Blinken told CNN earlier on Sunday that “not a single dollar has been spent from that account,” which he stressed was being closely monitored by the US Treasury Department. US officials agreed to allow Iran to tap into money for humanitarian purposes only during the prisoner exchange agreement finalized last month. But GOP critics such as former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis have argued that money is fungible. “This terrorism is funded by Biden’s idiotic release of $6 billion to the Iranians. The Hamas war against Israel is now the second war started under Biden’s failed presidency,” Christie posted....“This more recent $6 billion — (they’re) saying this money can’t be used for that..... but money’s fungible…they’ve really empowered some really, really bad people,” DeSantis told Newsmax..... Haley, who served as US ambassador to the United Nations from 2017 to 2018 under the Trump administration, has flexed her foreign policy chops on the campaign trail. She has long casted herself as a stalwart friend of Israel and fierce opponent of Iran.....“I have been terribly worried about the fact that Iran has said the easiest way to get into America is through the southern border,” Haley said. “We have an open border. People are coming through. They’re not being vetted. We don’t need to wait for another 9/11.”....Shortly after news of Hamas’ rampage spread, Haley declared that the attack wasn’t merely just directed on Israel, but that it “was an attack on America” too. More than 600 Israeli citizens have been killed in the fighting and 2,000 have been wounded, according to Israeli officials. ...Additionally, over 313 Palestinians are reported dead and 1,990 reported missing, including 20 killed and 121 injured children, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry. https://nypost.com/2023/10/08/nikki-haley-blasts-biden-administrations-excuses-on-6-billion-in-unfrozen-iranian-assets/

  12. Based on polling ( and obviously polling is now completely unreliable in this country), but even beyond that, just pragmatism, I'd wager most Americans don't want EITHER of Trump nor Biden. However the numbers for Trump are more reflective in that there really isn't much of a choice. By 2024, it has to be, by projection, one of these two exhausting choices. I'm genuinely tired of both of them. I'll say this much for Trump though. Unlike Biden, he can make a layup. I mean Biden screws up things that should be, by most average people's standards, are simple routine day to day interactions. Biden just seems to find a way to screw up everything. Literally the entire slate. He can't even get owning a dog right. How do you screw that up? He can't even show up at a socially appropriate place for a 9/11 tribute by basic perception. The activists would rather defend Biden to the end, even if it means going down with the ship with him. Even if the future of their children goes down with it too.
  13. It's curious. I'd say 95 percent of my posts and thread topics in the Geek Club are informational. Articles, video, analysis, legal, data, polls, stats, quotes, contextual history, etc, etc. And there are some people in this forum who can't wait to see me silenced for good. It's not enough that information is presented and just let people explore it ( or not, if they want) and let them come to their own conclusions, it has to be trying to "cancel" anyone who doesn't fit into this very tiny narrative built around woke groupthink. They poisoned the other thread about Israel with their backbiting and trolling, and they can't wait to do it here as well. These thread topics aren't a secret. Everyone here knows my posting style now and how I approach information release. They voluntarily enter the thread then are angry that they voluntarily entered the thread and got what's been established as to how these topics are generally handled and constructed. My friend, they have no peace in their hearts, and want to drag everyone else down in their level of pure misery.
  14. Thank you, my friend. Stay strong and keep the faith.
  15. ADL director asks if Hamas is writing MSNBC’s scripts in coverage of attack on Israel ....The director of the Anti-Defamation League criticized MSNBC while appearing on the network for the way it was covering the ongoing fighting between Hamas and Israeli military forces.....“While I am sad and trying to cope, I’ll be honest. I am angry. I am angry with the world that allowed the dehumanization of Israelis and sanitized the terrorism of Hamas,” said Jonathan Greenblatt during an appearance Monday on “Morning Joe.” “I must say, I love this show, and I love this network, but I’ve got to ask, who’s writing the scripts? Hamas?” Greenblatt described in detail the atrocities that have been committed in Israel by members of Hamas during the surprise attack over the weekend, saying, “They are not fighters. … They are not militants. And I’m looking right at the camera, they are terrorists.....So I just think, like, guys get this story, right, and all these pictures of like, you know, missiles or the rubble in Gaza, please talk to the Israeli mothers and fathers who lost their children,” he said. “And please stop calling this a retaliation. This is a defensive measure against an organization that is committed to one thing: killing Jews, not a peaceful resolution of a conflict, but murdering Jews. And if you’re wondering if I’m exaggerating, please, I beg of you, everyone watching and everyone at this network, just watch the footage.” https://thehill.com/homenews/media/4246082-adl-director-msnbc-hamas-israel-scripts/
  16. Jonathan Greenblatt is a Democratic political operative, corporate executive, and the CEO of the Anti-Defamation League. He worked for Bill Clinton’s 1992 Presidential campaign1 and worked in the Obama White House as the director of the Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation. Politically conservative Jewish commentators have criticized Greenblatt for appearing to place his personal liberal politics ahead of the ADL’s historical mission to oppose anti-Semitism. CLINTON CAMPAIGN AND ADMINISTRATION - After graduating from Tufts University, Greenblatt went to Little Rock, Arkansas to work on the successful 1992 Bill Clinton presidential campaign. After Clinton’s election, Greenblatt went on to work in the Department of Commerce focusing on economic policy. OBAMA ADMINISTRATION - Greenblatt worked as a special assistant to the President in the Obama White House. In this role, Greenblatt advised President Obama on the day-today on various social and economic policy related discussions. Greenblatt also served as the Director of the Office of Social Innovation in the Obama White House; the Office existed to promote the left-of-center not-for-profit advocacy sector. Anti-Defamation League (ADL) - Jonathan Greenblatt works as the CEO and national director of the Anti-Defamation League, an international Jewish non-governmental organization founded in 1913 based in the United States. He took the position in July 2015, succeeding ADL’s longtime leader Abraham Foxman. CRITICISM - As national director and CEO of the ADL, Greenblatt “has modernized the organization while refocusing it on the dual mission it has had since its founding in 1913: to fight the defamation of the Jewish people, and to secure justice and fair treatment for all.” The “modernization” has proved controversial with politically conservative members of the Jewish community, some of whom have accused Greenblatt of putting his personal progressive politics before unity against anti-Semitism. In the politically conservative and historically Jewish journal Commentary in 2018, Seth Mandel wrote: Greenblatt took three hallmarks of Team Obama [a reference to former President Barack Obama’s political operation] with him when he left: a belief that liberalism and modern morality were synonymous; an obsession with [then-Israeli Prime Minister] Benjamin Netanyahu; and a rivalrous antagonism toward anyone to his right who called out anti-Semitism. Mandel further alleged that while the Greenblatt-led ADL “will rap a Democrat on the knuckles and claim partisan evenhandedness,” Greenblatt himself “sees right-wing bigotry as a crucial element of conservative ideology, while viewing any such transgressions on the left as isolated anomalies.” https://www.influencewatch.org/person/jonathan-greenblatt/
  17. ADL says it will resume advertising on X following feud with Elon Musk ....The Anti-Defamation League on Wednesday said it plans to resume advertising on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, following a spat with owner Elon Musk......Musk last month threatened to sue the ADL for defamation, claiming that the nonprofit organization’s statements about rising hate speech on the social media platform had hurt X’s advertising revenue. ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt pushed back on the claims, saying that while the ADL was part of a coalition of groups that called on companies to pause advertising on the platform immediately following Musk’s acquisition last year, it had not been engaged in such calls in recent months.... .....“As we have noted in our research over the past several years, X – along with other social media platforms — has a serious issue with antisemites and other extremists using these platforms to push their hateful ideas and, in some cases, bully Jewish and other users,” it said. “A better, healthier, and safer X would be a win for the world … As we do with all platforms, we will credit X as it moves in that direction, and we also will call it out when it has not.”....The ADL and other similar organizations, including the Center for Countering Digital Hate, have said in reports that the volume of hate speech on the website has grown dramatically under Musk’s stewardship. (Musk has criticized the findings.) https://www.cnn.com/2023/10/04/tech/adl-makes-peace-with-x/index.html

    nuclear war - doomsday⌛

Actually they do. Most large scale threats to America have them in place. However the practical pathway is not like what people see in films or in spy thriller books. Most cells are operationally used for financial purposes. To launder money and to effect criminal activity like weapons dealing, illegal drug production, human trafficking, organ trafficking, counterfeiting, etc, etc. The struggle is that they are usually embedded in specific ethnic areas. North Korean operatives stay in areas that have high concentration of Koreans, for example. That limits some of their reach. Also many who are not "Westernized" aren't in a prime strategic position to enter law enforcement, military, government, elected office, etc, etc. The key is getting them inside the "system" itself. The Secret Service spends an ungodly amount of money on hard vetting and maintaining constant coverage on those they recruit and hire. The risk factor there is too high not to do otherwise ( Who needs a complex assassination plot if the sleeper is a member of USSS and walks up the the target in a bathroom and shoots him in the head?) Personnel as such, in country, are rarely high level tacticians in nature for outright asymmetrical ground warfare. They are typically good at being drug dealers, or pimps or identity theft criminals, etc, etc. The push/pull is the longer you have an asset in country, the larger the risk for them to be assimilated. They are human beings. They make friends. They have neighbors. They have children. They fall in love. They get divorced. They have real life problems. Etc, etc. However constant rotation doesn't allow anyone to entrench long enough to garner the benefits of that tenure and track record in America. Operational sleeper cells in a foreign country are complex fragile expensive assets. That includes the United States. It's very hard to maintain that kind of network around the world even for the vast resource base of America. Is it a threat? Yes. Is it a pervasive threat? That's more complicated.
