Trevor Bauer settles legal dispute with accuser, reveals damning messages Trevor Bauer, the former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher who won the National League Cy Young Award in 2020, and a woman who accused him of beating and sexually assaulting her in 2021 have settled their legal dispute, his attorneys said Monday. There are times that Trump would help himself by like 10 thousand percent total by just occasionally shutting up. 85 percent of the time, Trump is legitimately being openly persecuted and the activist MSM and most of Big Social Media are just trying to spin anything possible to use him as a deflection point for Team Blue's horrific public policies, corruption and scandals. But about 15 percent of the time, Trump is just a total imbecile. Do I believe 2020 POTUS was a "free and fair" election? No, I don't. I believe both sides cheated as much as they could. But the DNC and Team Blue simply had more horses in that race to do it. Instead of just shutting up, gathering his assets and making a clean run at 2024 ( then go on a revenge tour later during his 2nd term, albeit with that gap), he had to make everything harder than it had to be. Biden's a mess. Biden has said and done things that will have a devastating negative impact on the US military for generations to come. However it's a separate issue from Trump being totally exhausting. Look at Sean Spicer and Huckabee Sanders, Trump's insanity probably shaved off decades off their lifespan in turmoil and stress. This is like a new NFL GM who walks onto a team with huge problems. You already have big problems, don't take each situation and make it worse. Your job, at minimum, is to not cause a crash and burn for stuff that is already on the edge. If nearly the entire activist MSM is gunning for you, don't give them any ammo to use against you. All Trump had to do in 2016 was say nothing. Say literally zero. Let Kellyanne Conway run the country. Then when he got reelected, then say whatever he wants. Go for broke then. But Trump can't do that. He just can't stop himself from always trying to be the total center of attention at all times.

However that plays into the vast unpaid media coverage that helped Trump win 2016 against Clinton's massive financial warchest. The more you shovel "But Trump" while working class Americans are hurting with rent, gasoline and groceries, that's going to create some massive antagonism at the voting booth. Not just POTUS, but all down the ticket. It's not just the votes, it's the money perspective. Against Trump, Biden can run on "But Trump". I don't think it's going to be that effective, but Trump is purely exhausting and many people despise Trump. However against RFK Jr, Biden will have to run on actual policy. RFK Jr as an "independent" would simply be another primary like test case. Biden ( really Neera Tanden) would need to convince actual Democrats about Biden's alleged policy wins to appeal to the "core base" of Team Blue. The further you get away from the "But Trump" narrative, it hurts you. The closer you get to the "But Trump" narrative, it hurts you. In a campaign where both sides are hurting for campaign dollars, Trump has the advantage. He can go in front of a camera non stop. Biden can't go three sentences without looking like he's going to fall apart.

Newsom had to rot in mostly silence as CA Lt Governor, for a decade on the backburner, because he slept with his campaign manager's wife in SF, which shelled the only real advantage he has in professional politics besides his "Aunt" Pelosi - Which is appeal to suburban women voters. Newsom isn't good at anything, he's been protected in a clear Blue stronghold and got massive coverage from Pelosi, the long time SOTH and gained the benefit of her entire political power block. Middle America won't vote for him. He'd struggle with White Evangelicals. Working class minorities wouldn't lock in for him. Also the activist MSM has been suppressing an "alleged" affair with another staffer. How would that play out to suburban women voters in 2024? And to get the DNC ticket, he would have to leapfrog Kamala Harris. Newsom would be dragged through the mud fifteen times over in a general election. There is absolutely zero about Newsom that appeals to working class America.

By splitting the middle, RFK Jr might look like a safe alternative to those who despise Trump, but are Pro Life and fear another Biden regime will see some more crap thrown against a wall to attempt to codify Roe by proxy ( probably by Executive Order) While SCOTUS would strike it down, like the EO's that dealt with vaccine mandates, the impact overall might help the Mid Terms in 2026. Let's say, shot in the dark, RFK Jr wins the DNC ticket and moves forward to the general election. If he's not assassinated by the Deep State, then Team Blue and the DNC will simply not give him any funding at all. Then everyone in the line of succession would need to be completely terrified as not much could stop Trump in a general election. Merrick Garland is 7th in the line of succession to POTUS. Team Blue, the DNC, the DCCC, the corporate establishment and the Military Industrial Complex would wipe the board clean up to 7th, to make sure a Republican nor RFK Jr ever enter the White House.
