CRAZY KEITH OLBERMANN GETS A PODCAST AFTER TV REJECTION ...Former TV host Keith Olbermann is moving into the medium, he announced this week. The podcast debuts on Monday and will focus on sports and politics. Worst of all, the show will air daily. Every. Day.....Olbermann moves into podcasting after failing to convince MSNBC to hire him. Leaked emails show that Olbermann had been bombarding NBCUniversal CEO Jeff Shell since at least 2019 to hire him back at the network....The desperate plea included an unsolicited 5,000-word dissertation-style email begging Shell for a job. Shell said no. Olbermann tried again when MSNBC announced that ace primetime host Rachel Maddow would move to a one-day per week format. But MSNBC told Mr. Olbermann no again. (Olbermann blames Maddow for the rejection.) Now, he’ll take a gander into podcasting with a show called Countdown. Chicago TV news crew robbed at gunpoint while reporting on robberies ....A Chicago television news crew reporting on a string of robberies ended up robbed themselves after they were accosted at gunpoint by three armed men wearing ski masks....Spanish-language station Univision Chicago said a reporter and photographer were filming just before 5 a.m. Monday in Chicago's West Town neighborhood when three masked men brandishing firearms robbed them, taking their television camera and other items....."They were approached with guns and robbed. Mainly it was personal items, and they took a camera," Luis Godinez, vice president of news at Univision Chicago, told the Chicago Tribune..Godinez said the news crew was filming a story about robberies in the West Town community that was slated to run on the morning news. Andy Ngo scores legal win over Portland Antifa as judge awards $300K in damages .....An Oregon judge ruled in favor of conservative journalist Andy Ngo’s claims that he was brutally assaulted by members of Rose City Antifa during a June 2019 protest in downtown Portland. Multnomah County Circuit Judge Chanpone Sinlapasai directed three defendants to individually compensate Ngo with $100,000, culminating in a total of $300,000 in damages, announced Monday. Tracy McCray inquired about the incident at Reem’s California in the Mission District, only to learn of the bakery’s updated policy: “NO COPS ALLOWED.”......“Reem’s confirms that they will not serve anyone armed and in uniform. Presumably, this includes members of the US Military,” the San Francisco Police Officers Association (SFPOA) says it learned....The business even posted about the ban on Instagram, saying it instituted the policy against police as part of its “deep commitment to uplifting social and racial justice in our communities.....” .....Unfortunately, the chain never cited how police eating donuts while in uniform has harmed queers and people of color. Kamala Harris praised Sharpton as a man who has “spent his life fighting for what’s right.” Joe Biden agreed, lauding the reverend as “a champion in the fight for civil rights.....” .....The problem for Democrats is that Al Sharpton actually is, as Mr. Trump put it on Twitter, “a con man.” And not just a con man: Mr. Sharpton is an ambulance-chasing, anti-Semitic, anti-white race hustler. His history of offensive statements is longer than the current American president’s. And yet, after seven months of examining police and medical records, a grand jury found “overwhelming evidence” that Ms. Brawley had fabricated her entire story. Yet Mr. Sharpton proceeded to accuse the prosecutor, Steven Pagones, of being one of the perpetrators of the alleged abduction and rape. Mr. Sharpton was successfully sued (along with Ms. Brawley’s lawyers, Anthony H. Maddox Jr. and C. Vernon Mason Sr.) for defamation. The jury in this civil action found Mr. Sharpton liable for making seven defamatory statements about Mr. Pagones, whose life fell apart as a result of the entire episode. Mr. Sharpton refused to pay his share of damages, which was later paid by a number of his supporters, and he has refused to apologize.... ....In August 1991, after an automobile accident involving the motorcade of a Hasidic rabbi accidentally killed a black child, riots broke out in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. Rosenthal, as a “pogrom.” Following the death of the boy, Gavin Cato, hundreds of black men took to the streets. Within hours of the accident, 20 young black men surrounded Yankel Rosenbaum, a 29-year-old Australian yeshiva student visiting the United States to conduct research for his doctorate. They stabbed him several times in the back and beat him. He subsequently died of his injuries. The rioting continued for three days, leaving 152 police officers and 38 civilians injured. At least 122 blacks and seven whites were arrested. Amid this unrest, Mr. Sharpton led hundreds of protesters on a march in front of the headquarters of the Chabad-Lubavitch Hasidic movement. Suicides hit all-time high in 2022: CDC data .....The number of U.S. suicide deaths reached an all-time high in 2022, according to provisional data released Thursday from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). ...An estimated 49,449 people died by suicide in the United States last year, up 2.6 percent from the estimated 48,183 in 2021....Suicide trends, however, saw a decrease among young people and an increase among older demographics. Suicide deaths for people aged 10 to 24 decreased by 8.4 percent, dropping to 6,529 in 2022 from 7,126 in 2021. The trend reverses for other age groups. Suicide deaths for people aged 25-44 rose by 0.7 percent, from 16,724 in 2021 to 16,843 in 2022. Such deaths for people aged 45-64 rose by 6.6 percent, from 14,668 to 15,632 in 2022. For people 65 and older, suicide deaths rose by 8.1 percent, from 9,652 in 2021 to 10,433 in 2022..... .....The suicide rate for American Indian/Alaska Native people also saw a decrease in 2022 — though the sample pool was smaller. Suicide deaths declined by 6.1 percent, from 692 people in 2021 to 650 people in 2022. Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islanders also saw an increase in deaths — albeit with a smaller number of people. Suicide deaths rose by 15.9 percent, from 82 people in 2021 to 95 people in 2022. ....Other demographics saw a steady increase in suicide rates. I started a fairly large thread on Instagram ( under the Meta banner) and child pornography. Also one on COVID19. The pandemic issues will split down the middle. Big Social Media can probably skate around that. The issue with children however is indefensible. By estimate, 70 percent of adult citizens in the US right now are parents. Musk needs to divest himself of Twitter's previous legacy. Also Jack Dorsey was often accused of pure outright Anti-Semitism. Now people can determine for themselves if they agree with that, but it's another issue that Musk wants to avoid having dragged over him, before he took ownership. Point to note, Marc Benioff of Salesforce was considered a short list "contender" to buy Twitter instead of Musk. But the stink of the Anti-Semitism around Dorsey was just too much bad optics. Now, some will point out that Twitter was also primarily a bad investment overall, and there's some truth to that, but from beyond just the money angle, these kind of narratives were a problem. A lot of it was SUPPRESSED by the activist MSM. One of the reasons Musk gets so much pure cover is because Space X is critical to national security and he's a privately held darling of the current Military Industrial Complex. The backbiting in public is one thing. The clear partisanship against him is also another thing. But if anyone truly threatened Musk (no one takes Elizabeth Warren seriously), then Raytheon steps in. And good luck to you with all that if it gets to that point.

The answer is at some point, Big Social Media and Big Tech will have to answer for their "coordination" on "enforcement" Facebook became "Meta" after it was revealed that they had a "Tasks" and "Centra" set of platforms that coordinated "corrective action" in conjunction with other major companies. This challenges Section 230. This creates all kinds of salient Anti-Trust issues. Elon Musk needs to separate "Twitter" from it's previous ownership and association with all of that. Former head of "Trust And Safety" for Twitter under Jack Dorsey was Vijaya Gadde. She likely perjured herself multiple times before Congress. You'll notice when Twitter took heavy fire and were being dragged into public eye, Dorsey INTENTIONALLY put Gadde out in front. So she could operate as the sin eater. The problem is she could flip to save herself. She's not linked to a big family name or legacy power. She has no one to protect her. Section 230 will be heavily challenged. Lots of executives for Big Social Media likely perjured themselves over censorship and false user data ( to drive up advertising) Also there's a huge problem with child pornography and child trafficking facilitated by Big Social Media ( to be fair, none of this is exactly easy to enforce given the traffic/data volume) but the progressive pathway is that Meta and Zuckerberg wants to market to children, younger and younger, to get them as lifetime users faster and faster. This is a very destructive narrative for the Big Tech industry. Musk doesn't want the name "Twitter" to get dragged out over enabling child porn before he owned it. But that's EXACTLY how it will be played out in the MSM to attack him later.

Every time Franken lashes out, it's a reminder that Team Blue is losing a cross section of suburban women voters. Many of them are the primary decision makers for consumer purchases in their households. Meaning the Biden induced inflation hits at the grocery store and gas pump will enrage them every week. Also the minimizing of what it means to be a "biological woman" isn't going to help matters at the voting booth. The only reason that Franken wasn't run through the coals even further by other celebrities coming forward is they feared retaliation from Lorne Michaels and his vast influence. Who had no interest in defending Franken, but defending the SNL brand by association with it.
