Any community will benefit from a "unifying vision" In previous times, with a lot of resource scarcity and a lack of practical health care and medicine, that was basic survival. Communities rallied together because if they didn't, they would perish. War is another very tragic unifying factor. Look at the United States domestically during WW2. Kids would pick up pieces of string and scraps of metal on the ground and turn them in to support the war effort. Women, who had not typically worked before in masses, would work assembly lines to make weapons and equipment for the fighting men overseas. And, of course, organized religion. Churches were often the only social "pillar" in any community. A place where charity and goodwill were accepted, without the brutality of the rest of the outside world to take hold. I've observed it all my life. Children who go to Sunday School on a regular basis, many of them, not all but more than the average, have a far better ethics base than those without. What is sad is that many people cross over organized religion dogmatically with God, and it's not the same thing. Many churches and many religious organizations are corrupt. And if there is a Satan, then that is likely part of his larger plan, to wipe out "community" by stacking on the narrative of mistrust in religion. But a relationship with God, while supported by community in a church setting, does not require a church setting. There needs to be something unifying to hold people together. Without it, many people are lost and many will go out of control. This is the part of the Bible that talks about the "false prophets" and how they will emerge. They will seem to have all the answers to the daily ills and ugliness of the world around us. This is how tyrants are born, in these kind of environments. If the "wages of sin" is death, then it's coming wholesale very soon. Most people in America have never seen the truly ugly parts of the rest of the world. The non Western world. They don't understand how cheap life is and how expendable they are in the grand scheme of things. Natural selection will always find a way to win. Eventually those who violate civil society will find out a surrogate system always emerges. I grieve for the many honest small business owners being massacred out there. Their livelihoods destroyed for nothing. We are talking every day people, regular people, just trying to get by and feed their children. It is the inherent pathology of "sin", the utter ungratefulness of it all. So many people in the world and so many in recorded history would give anything to have the freedoms and opportunity that the every day American has in this country and likely takes for granted. I despise ungrateful people. They are the true parasites of any community. These street thugs have openly asked for confrontation. And soon it appears the "civil society" around them will finally lose all restraint and give it to them.

Think about if you and I and others here were high ranking military, and we spent decades in service, ascended to top positions of power, and we were told again and again about stupid things that needed to be done to appease nimrods like W Bush, Clinton, Obama, Biden, Hillary and Trump. How long could one show restraint with all that? Then we saw Biden abandoned billions in weapons to kill future generations of American soldiers across the world. Biden literally handed us all the tax bill to make it easier for our children to die so he could have a single talking point against Trump about Afghanistan. I suspect the levers of the "uni-party" know it's coming. The current military apparatus is going to buckle on them eventually. It's always happened in history. Always. Some government kept screwing it all up, then the military decided they just had enough. I also find it interesting how often the activist radicals here and at "the other place" can't wait to start laying into you and mocking you, at every turn. Never with information and substance, just more gaslighting and condescension. The real answer is they don't hate you, they hate the truth. They go after you as a proxy for their denial.

They won't typically go near Tanden. However Rupert Murdoch might change this all up. The show Succession was built as a pure attack against the Murdoch Family, Fox News and the Trump family. Which violates the informal rules established starting with Chelsea Clinton going to college - Don't go after families in public and in the press. This is a fight inside Team Blue. They are trading body blows, but the bizarre impact is that it all helps Trump in the end. Things that Obama and Axelrod miscalculated 1) The informal relationship between Jill Biden and Doug Emhoff ( Kamala Harris' husband) Harris has been such a disaster, that her best play for power is to stay with Biden. She might ascend if he dies. Or he might live longer and she holds VPOTUS for possibly four more years and who knows after that, maybe she can force her way onto SCOTUS. 2) That Newsom would get lit up again about cheating on yet another wife with yet another staffer. There is heavy MSM suppression on this story now, and it won't last forever. And when there is one, there will likely be more. 3) That Amy Klobuchar would go full Frank Underwood on everyone. Klobuchar should have been the VPOTUS pick for 2020. Making the short list of Susan Rice, Gretchen Whitmer and Kamala Harris was insulting. Klobuchar controls many of the most powerful committees in Congress, thus she has influence on many of the levers around major corporate donors. She aligned with Biden because Obama picked Harris. All this helps Trump. That's the most hilarious thing about all of this right now. Each attack on Joe Biden through Axelrod via the backdoor only matters if Biden is forced out. If he wins the DNC ticket in 2024, that will cause cascading losses all down the ticket. The DNC could try to use it's corporate power brokers to assassinate Joe Biden, but then Harris would be POTUS. Then Harris would demand loyalty in public immediately from everyone. What happens if they don't give it? If they do, they still lose. As @seafoam always points out, it's because they are stupid. That's why Team Blue keeps failing, because they are this stupid.

As an individual, I could care less who Barack Obama sleeps with at night, just keep it in private and keep it to yourself. He's long been known to be involved with some of his "staffers" over time, women actually in the various administrations, and again, even with that, keep it to yourself. Man or woman, as an individual, it's not a concern of mine on a surface level. However, as an American citizen, I have a problem if it's ever impacted public policy or pressure to shift public administration down the chain in a certain direction. It's a fair concern if Obama was ever blackmailed into a specific direction over this kind of information. Because those public policy decisions impact all Americans period. It impacts our opportunities, the taxes we pay, the government services that may or may not be available, even down to things like access to needed medications and critical infrastructure like waste management, water treatment, local law enforcement, transportation, etc, etc. Also like Bill Clinton, and you can add Trump, Biden and even W Bush into this equation, did some sexual scandal create a question of overall integrity. Bill Clinton lied to the American people about Lewinsky. I don't care what "arrangement" that Bill and Hillary Clinton might have had in private, but lying to the public at large also has a domino effect. Once that scandal came out, Dee Dee Myers, probably the most impactful and skill Press Secretary in the modern era, is well known in the media world for suggesting to the administration to start bombing. Who? Anyone. There are people dead around the world who might be alive today if not for trying to drag Lewinsky and Ken Starr out of the national daily media cycle. Every time Trump's insane and exhausting media circus slam fists the Stormy Daniels scandal, it's not air time talking about things like affordable housing for the working class. Again, these lies as individuals mean little in a narrow context, but once actual policy is potentially leveraged or impacted, then we are talking about something that punishes every day Americans. Gavin Newsom spent a decade as Lieutenant Governor in California. He had to rot so long because his scandal in San Francisco with sleeping with his best friend's wife, both staffers, wouldn't wash off. While in that position, he pushed for a lot of legislation that was clearly misandrist. Why? He wanted to change the narrative out in public with him and women. Every Californian for generations, particularly actual men, have to pay the price, from a policy perspective, because Newsom couldn't keep it in his pants. If there is a linkage with this story and the sweeping "Pro Trans Extremism" in this country in what is informally known as "Obama's Third Term/Obama's Shadow Term", then that impacts children all across this country. Also if Iran is able to fully develop nuclear weapons, that will happen in no small part to the Obama Administration. Iran will no doubt come to kill us all. I know @JustinCharge gets picked on for saying nuclear war is around the corner in almost every corner possible, but I'll be the first to say that it Iran gets nukes, they are coming for our blood. And if it happens, Obama's imbecile foreign policy routine with them will be the root of much of it. So yes, if this Obama scandal turns into some impact that leads to all out nuclear holocaust, then it matters.
