Happy Fathers Day weekend fellas What’s y’all’s plan for this weekend? After work, I’m off until Tuesday and the wife & son are in Nebraska until Sunday morning. So I’m here alone til then and plan on getting yard work done tomorrow. Sunday after I get them from the airport in Charlotte we will go grab lunch down there before heading back. Probably will stop in the town I grew up in so I can visit my dad’s grave & put some flowers out for him. What about you guys?

Anyone notice how the drag queens will only read to little kids? You never see “story hour” at nursing homes. On top of that, the left claims that doing criminal background checks is “racist” and “bigoted” cause it keeps ppl from the lgbtq community from getting certain jobs cause they’ve been arrested for diddling kids, having child pron, or exposing themselves to children.

He’s doing good. I’ve dropped down to working only a few days a week now so I can look after him & get things ready for us to sell our house here in the coming months. We are gonna end up selling sometime this summer & moving towards end of summer/beginning of fall. Gonna be buying a bigger house up in Greenville since that’s where we want to retire at.

Those idiot protestors really said “we’re coming for you people in the south” and REALLY tried it at college campuses down here They found out quick they aren’t welcome & can’t bully the people here like they can in those northern & west coast states. Betting on 4, 7, & 11. Wish I could be there cause I have better odds of winning. Used to go quite a good bit when we lived in Maryland & also when I lived in San Antonio. Usually just bet like $3-$10 per race depending on how I felt but I usually won enough to cover all my bets, drinks, & snacks

I like to play at the $5/hand tables. I lose very minimal but win really big. Been playing cards since I was 4-5 with my grandma & grandpa. Grandpa kept $50k in a bag that he used every week for his “poker money”. I learned a good bit from him, especially his card playing skills. I can go in a casino with $100 & usually turn it into at least $400 before I leave. I typically just play for fun which is why I usually have a maximum of $200 for gambling. Only time I lose it all is if I’m playing something other than poker or blackjack

What are some things that you don’t mind paying more for because it’s worth the money? For example: Im not going cheap on my mattress. I don’t mind paying thousands of dollars for it when I know I’m gonna be spending essentially 1/3 of my day in it. So I’m going to be comfortable. Another thing is quality filet mignons. If I’m spending the money for filets I’m gonna get some good ones

This is another good one. If I’m going somewhere I do not mind paying a pretty penny for the place I’m staying. Especially overseas. If it has an all inclusive drink package with it I’m definitely in
