As much as he and MAGAs have been critical of the Afghanistan pullout, whose potential effectiveness was largely diministed thanks to Trump's previous actions, it seems like the one guy that wouldn't get asylum and ICE would deport is the guy from Afghanistan seeking asylum'.

He applied for asylum in 2024, and the Trump administration granted that asylum in April of this year. So not only did the Trump administration not kick him out under the ICE operation, it actually gave the guy asylum instead of kicking him out.
