Spartan is an excellent lesser known film. I'd recommend skipping the trailer and jumping in if you haven't seen it.

I watched one Joy Reid segment ever. It was such a huge turnoff that I would never even consider listening to her take or opinion on anything again. It even crossed my mind to reach out to MSNBC to express how disappointed I was with how inappropriate I thought she was. I didn't and wouldn't waste my time on it but it did cross my mind. It was that boating brawl a couple of years ago. It was basically a whites vs blacks fight but it wasn't racially motivated to start with. It was some boat parking dispute with some humorous elements as well. Reid saw it as only a racial fight and she was literally giddy about it. She mentioned Wakanda several times and even that these young black men were channeling their ancestors. She came across as absurdly racist. I don't get the cults glee in celebrating these two being let go. I guess I do in a way since we're so politically divided and tribal right now. Still, FOX paid over 787M for lying their asses off constantly. Let us know when MSNBC has to pay that much for dishonesty. You've got a long, long, long ways to go. Also, Reid and Wagner aren't the biggest fishes around. What's Tucker Carlson doing these days? Last I heard he was doing some podcast out of Moscow.

I'm a bit surprised that Jewel, Rihanna, and PJ Harvey (my avatar) are hard to find on these lists. PJ made #62 on one list and is very much an acquired taste. I've tried to turn several people onto her but most don't care for her, similar to Ween. She is the first female artist to win a Mercury Prize and the only performer, male or female, to win two of them. In December 2001, PJ was named the Number 1 female rock star in history by Q magazine. You oughta hear her long snake moan.

Back on topic. I was curious about some top lists, so I looked up a few. Here's the top 10 of three of them. Correct, 51.3 is the percentage for murders committed by blacks. Another high one is robberies committed by blacks, which is 52.7%. Those are actually the top two percentages for blacks. The next two would be prostitution and possession, which are both non-violent. Both the prostitution and possession are in the low 40's. So, those are the top four, any other crimes by blacks would be in the 30's or lower. Curious, if those are the stats. How can you assert that blacks commit 67% of the violent crimes?

I really like that Fire and Water song. I also liked Point Blank as well. The entire time I was listening to Point Blank, I was trying to recall a song it reminded me of. It finally came to me at the end. It was a Lou Reed song doing a Bob Dylan cover, Foot of Pride. Might be more dialed into the sound you were talking about. A good jam either way. Dylan's 30th Anniversary concert is so good imo.

I've worked in several vaults and have seen big money often. In my twenties, I worked at a casino and moved behind the scenes to an underground bank. Huge money and chips but I was never in charge of the grand total. Later, I worked in a vault at an amusement park. I was the main person that different departments would verify with me and then leave for the night. This went on until it was just me and a couple of guards who would often leave to cruise the park in their golf cart. This left me alone, often with one or two duffel bags filled with about 3-4 million. I thought it was funny that I was 90% done with a caper. Later in life, I worked at a couple different casinos. One, I was personally in charge of about 25 million in cash and another ten in chips and promo stuff. I counted it most days, more than once. Then a much larger casino, maybe 10x that amount but I never counted it just occasionally walked past huge amounts.
