Can you explain then whey the GOP has almost no POC in congress? Is that because only 10% POC are qualified? Because the GOP has a 10-1 ratio of whites to non-whites. You think that's ok?

Why does it matter. If there are 90% white males and you want to bring a black female aboard that makes sense. Unless you're one who thinks ONLY white males are qualified that is. Is the congress not supposed to represent the entire US? Or do you think it's just the white part of america that needs to be represented?

Republicans have 244 whites (the vast majority white males) in congress and a grand total of 29 non whites. And yet they cry about Newsome adding a non-white, non-male? It's amazing how incredibly out of touch and elitist the current crop of conservatives are.

You're right, we need more white males in the Senate. Clearly, they're the only ones qualified. Luckily the party who's line you toe is represented by 45 whites, 36 of them being white dudes. Sorry that all 49 aren't white males. I know you must be crushed since by your indignity over Newsome appointing a black female you clearly think only white males are qualified. Let's start with Mexico. I'm sure you're familiar with how violent the drug cartels are there. Then move south and it's the same thing, be it government or drug gangs. Do you think people are coming here to live on the streets as you say because their home countries are awesome?
