  1. Man, I was able to get rid of him in one league (for Josh Gordon) and trying to get rid of him in another. Cant stand him. Sorry I drafted him and ready to trade him for a kicker. Seriously dont know why I drafted him even if it was a good round to get him.

  2. Updating a previous item, C.J. Spiller actually hurt his thigh -- not his knee -- during Sunday's loss to the Jets.

The injury is not considered serious and Spiller is fully expected to play against the Ravens in Week 4. It sounds like he may have taken a shot to the lower part of his quad or strained a muscle, causing some discomfort in the knee. Spiller himself said he's just a little sore Monday and confirmed he'll play next week. There's a nice window here to throw in some buy-low offers.

  3. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Reggie Bush (knee) is not expected to play in Sunday's Week 3 game against the Redskins.

Bush wants to play, but the Lions are being smart and holding him out against the worst defense in the league. Detroit needs Bush for the long haul. Bush owners won't be happy that he's missing one of his juiciest matchups of the season, but those same owners should have handcuffed Bush with Joique Bell. Bell will carry the load. He has serious RB1 potential with similar traits as Bush.

  4. Dropping him myself. I had no illusions of WR1/2 or anything like that but was expecting WR3 numbers and just not there. He drops the ball and at ttimes looks like he hasn't read the play book , he runs bad routes from what I see . now granted he is a rookie and thats expected but he probally does not belong on a fantasy football team this year.

  5. He wouldn't have had those yards and another TD pass; in fact he would have had fewer passing yards. After that 30 yard non-TD, Pryor passed for 33 more yards on the drive (5 yard penalty) and a TD.

Yeah my bad , sorry folks. I ddint even think that through.

  6. Thats the thing to remember , we are not talking real football. Like Tebow , for fantasy purposes he may be a low end #1 QB. Last week he put up 21 and if McFadden had not stepped out on that TD pass he would have had those passign yards and another TD and would have finnished in the top of QB's point wise.

  7. I grabbed Givens as a WR4 and bye week player but I watched the game and First he didnt really show me anything , Bradford seems to be a guy who will spread it and Givens probally is what I thought he was . Boom or bust deep threat. He will have 4-5 big weeks with 10 or so 3-30 type games.

  8. You definetly can win with drafting RB's late. Last year I did it. I decided I would get 4 top 15 WR right away a top potential QB and draft the low end RB's late so I went Megatron-Marshall-J Nelson-Decker and then grabbed Steven Jackson, Ahmad Bradshaw and Ryan MAthews. starting 3 of those 4 WR's with Ryan got me a ton of points every week . Was hard for someone with 1 or 2 stud RB's and weak WR's to overcome.

and ofcourse you need luck . I drafted Seattle D and they ofcourse helped and picked up Danario Alexander and Brandon Myers . during the season .

During the season I traded Bradshaw for CJ2K and picked up McFadden when he was dropped so my Rb's got me almost nothing every week.

I played against the Peterson team in the championship and won it all by a ton . 136 to 95. Due to big games by Ryan, megatron Alexander and Marshall

having 3 stud WR's matched with a good QB and getting lucky with a solid TE and D can overcome the lack of RB help. I personally prefer it to 2 Stud RB's.

This year I did the opposite and went RB 3 of the first 4 picks for the fun of it with a good QB (Wilson) RB's are Spiller, R Bush , McFadden and my WR's are weak. They are Marshall.T Smith.Givens. C Patterson . K Thompkins.

Will see how the 2 Stud RB's work with weak WR's this year .

  9. CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports Rashard Mendenhall's right knee injury is a "minor sprain," and he is expected back for Week 1.

It's good news, but the fact Mendenhall admitted to feeling "looseness" in the joint following Saturday night's injury is a reminder that his knee may lack long-term stability. The Cardinals' placement of Ryan Williams on the trade block does indicate they have faith in Mendenhall's health. In a pass-first offense behind one of the league's poorest lines -- and one that just lost LG Jonathan Cooper likely for the season -- we couldn't recommend against drafting Mendenhall more strongly. He's not going to help your fantasy team.

  10. My leagues is .05 and has been for almost 10 years. Was a comprimise at the start and kept that way. It should be taken as a ppr league.while not a full ppr its still points per reception.
