I would have to say if R.Brown and S.Jackson are still available you have to take both of them. There are some very good WRs that you can get in Rd 3 & 4. By doing this if you decide later that you really need help at WR you can always look to package one of your RBs with a lesser WR and make a trade. Top RBs are the key to winning and if you are deep at RBs you control the trade block. Good luck.

I am drafting 5th in a 12 team league but have to give up my 1st & 4th round pick for keepers (LT 1st Rd, Caddy 4th Rd). Two of the 3 teams ahead of me are keeping 1st round draft picks so I actually have the 3rd pick. If I release LT2 I would be able to keep C.Johnson. C.Portis and S.Jackson are being released. Here are the 3 different scenarios: Option A (would still have a late 3rd round pick) LT/Caddy(RB TB)/R.Williams(WR DET) Option B (would still have a late 2nd Rd pick) S.Jackson/Caddy(RB TB)/CJ(WR CIN) Option C (would still have a late 2nd Rd pick) C.Portis/Caddy(RB TB)/C.Johnson(WR CIN) My thought is that the drop off from LT to either S.Jackson or C.Portis is less than the drop off from C.Johnson to R.Williams and actually I could more than likely get R.Williams anyway with my late 2nd Rd pick. Ok, this is a done deal. I just traded LT2 to the S.Jackson owner and now my keepers are S.Jackson and Caddy and I have a 1st and 2nd Rd pick. If I can trade down to 11th pick I will get two of the following 5: T.Holt, C.Johnson, T.Owens, L.Fitzgerald, M.Harrison. If I cant Trade down I will get my pick of the previous 5 and will take R.Williams with my late 2nd rd pick. I think I am in much better shape this year and years to come! Bring me the title!

If is a redraft league here is how I rank them: Tiki S.Jackson R.Brown R.Johnson If it is a keeper/dynasty league here is how I would rank them: S.Jackson R.Brown T.Barber R.Johnson I think that out of the 3 young guys R.Johnson is the guy who will perform the worst but that is just my opinion. I am very high on S.Jackson this year. New offense, no Marshall and he has great hands out of the backfield. As far as injury, all of them have that risk so unless you are talking about someone who has proven year after year that he gets hurt they are all about equal. Good Luck and thanks for seeing mine.

Thanks for the input. I do not have either Portis or Jackson I would have to use my 1st round pick to acquire either one of them. My other alternative would be to trade LT to the S.Jackson (3rd pick) and keep S.Jackson (give up 3rd rd pick) and Caddy (give up 4th rd pick) then trade down to the 11th spot and use my late 1st rd pick to get either Holt, C.Johnson, T.Owens or Harrison the use my early 2nd rd pick to get the next best player on the board. Possible options would be D.McNabb, the best running back or a Rookie or the next best receiver, maybe R.Williams, R.Wayne, D.Jackson, P.Burress, L.Evans,etc. What about this trade scenario?

Oh hell yes, you did very nice. You have also given yourself some trade bait with Gore and Barber if the RB situation changes in SF or Dallas. Not to mention you own the IND running game if it ever gets down to one person. The nice thing about this is next year you could have 2 of the top 5 RBs in LJ and Addai. Okay here is the deal. 12 team league std scoring w/ppr. We start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR/TE, 1K, 1 D/ST. We keep two players each year and have to give up their corresponding draft pick. I currently have LT2(Rd1), E.James(Rd1), M.Harrison(Rd2), C.Johnson(Rd3) are my only possible keeper candidates. I have been offered Caddy Williams(Rd4) for E.James(Rd1) straight up. I am seriously considering this because then I could keep LT2/Caddy and only give up my 1st and 4th round picks. Since E.James is no longer with Indy his stats may not be much better than Caddy's or for sure not enough to justify a 1st rd pick vs. a 4th round pick. This would leave me my 2nd and 3rd round pick to go secure 1 Stud WR and a very strong #2WR. We draw for draft order and if I get one in the top 6 I am going to try to trade down to as close to 12 as possible as to have an early 2nd Rd pick and ensure I get a stud #1 WR. If it were me I would take Bush for maybe this year but forsure the future. Think about having Bush/Caddy for the next 5-8 years as studs.

I am going to go against the grain a little here. I say keep LT for sure, Parker and Chambers. With your 8th pick you can get a stud WR then starting with your 3rd rd pick you can start picking the best player. Look at it this way: Keep LT/Parker/Chambers your team may look like this: LT/Parker/Harrison/Chambers Keep LT/Tiki/Chambers your team may look like this: LT/Tiki/Chambers/Porter I personally like the first scenerio the best. Since the the bus is gone and PIT is a run team I can see Willie having for sure a top 10 year and will have very similar stats to Tiki. However, the drop off from Harrison to Chambers is a little bigger and if Chambers does come through in scenerio on you could even have 2 #1 RBs and 2 #1 WRs. This is JMO, good luck.

Pair Edge/Johnson and go get LT or Alexander if possible. Then your 3 keepers would be LJ, LT/Alexander, Williams. Or you could pair Edge/Chambers and go get some one with little more reliable like Portis etc.

No Brainer IMO. LT, Gates, and Parker. If you really want Tiki you might still be able to get him with your first pick. However, by doing this you solidify 3 key positions and might be able to land a top tier WR with your 1st pick and look for a value pick for your RB3. Good luck!

I have to add Bledsoe and Jones. With the addition of TO and Terry Glen on the other side DEF will now have to truly honor the deep ball. TO should bring up Bledsoe's #s (which in 05 weren't all bad anyway) and stretching out the field and the fact that Jones has one more year under his belt should make this duo one of the top in the league IMO.

Take Fitz then on the way back up you can get a decent #2RB may even take another top WR then get your #2 RB in the 3rd. The drop off is much greater at WR then RB. I would think your team could look like Tiki, Fitz, and possibly (Chambers, Driver, A.Gates, etc.) This would be a very strong key 3 players especially in a PPR league.

Roy Williams. Now that Garcia is at the helm he and Roy is getting healthy I look for him to be a solid #2WR in the 2nd half.

Thanks for the reply. I am not a big Burleson fan and with all that is going on in MIN and the fact that they have multiple options makes him very risky. It is a gamble on all of these guys until CPep decides who will be his main target. I would stay away from this situation. The only fantasy worthy players in MIN are CPep, and Moore. Good Luck.
