No big reason. I appreciate debating some with @RLLD. I thought it was silly to say she blamed racism, when she just said she got racist backlash, in whatever form that was. Again, I do think she just hit the girl, but also think its wrong to get some kind of racial backlash and crap for saying it happened. I don't think anything I said in this thread is political.

really? its in your link, she said she has received racial backlash, called a ghetto ho, death threats. i already asked if you thought that actually happened. you avoided that. overall, i think its easy enough to say this girl focked up and should get whatever penalty is commensurate with this type of deal, and also say its wrong she would get racist comments directed at her.

there are certainly times where this applies, the cry racism defense. there doesn't seem to be a blame that the act or accusation is racist, just that the girl has received racist backlash of some kind(like whats presented in the story). do you believe that didn't happen? (I don't know for sure if it did or not, but we have some light racism in this thread). if it did happen, you think she should just shut up about it?
