I think the move depends on what Moran is.... If he is just another carnival prop, a propogandist for the Democrats, then he is just doing what many others have done, so nothing new or big really. However, if he is instead putting himself forward as an actual journalist, well then that is a little different.

Agreed. It should be an interesting sequence. The guy is a simple criminal, but Democrats have elevated him into another status as well, and they can either cut bait or see it through.....given that they can never admit they are wrong, they have likely linked themselves to him no matter what. I have no doubt this move by the DOJ is purely political for this very reason....they know the Dems have latched on to this guy, so prosecuting him for his crimes means they can use it for political capital later....pretty crazy....

If you are being forthright, it would not matter how many I provide, it would not matter from what source....you will never accept the truth, and I get that. Its a liberal thing. Regardless, this recent stance by SCOTUS has value, and should be a warning to institutions to not allow this perverse ideology to continue. And that is at least a start. I think we likely have to win some cases over time to bring the point home, but it is what it is.
